We hosted my baby shower here and I am so happy I found Good Morning Maxwell, this space is perfect for any event.The decor and tables provided are amazing and the staff here is exceptional, May was amazing throughout the entire process and we are thankful to have had such a great experience.The process booking to day of event went seamlessly.We will definitely be booking here again for any future events.

GMM Brentwood was truly the perfect venue for our event. We hosted a bridal shower there recently and it was a great experience for our party of 40. Booking and communicating with the team was seamless. Pricing is extremely fair for what you get. The furniture in the space is included in your rental and not only does that give you one less thing to worry about, but the furniture that was picked out was very intentional because the pieces are so nice and really set the vibe for the space and also fit in perfectly with our theme. Ample parking on-site and clean up/breakdown was simple. Looking forward to booking this space again and would gladly look into checking out their other spaces for different party sizes! I have attended a couple of events held at this place so far. I must say I was very impressed with the place. It gives a vibe of intimacy and a sense of belonging, that gets lost in other bigger venues such as hotel ballrooms. This event place gives the host a chance to roam around and converse with the guests. In a larger venue, connecting with your guests can sometimes be challenging, if at all. If you are looking for a place to hold special moments in your life with close family and friends, this is the place for you. It's clean; it's welcome-y; and it's cozy. It would be akin to having the event held at your home, but much more convenient as the space is so open -- no living room walls, no dining walls nor kitchen walls to block your view of your guests. It's so easy to spot anyone who feels out-of-place, if that's even possible at this venue. Another major plus is the abundance of parking spots. Typically, if the venue is held at a hotel, you will need to allot time to circle around the parking lot multiple times just to find a spot.I highly recommend this place. It is woman-owned. May and Joan provide the best customer service and both are so easy to speak with, very knowledgeable, and very professional-- never pushy with their ideas and suggestions. In short, organized and very reliable people.

What is very important to know here is I had my baby shower held here and I ended up having a high risk pregnancy. Although the space is nice and well kept I believe there needs to be better and more information in regards to cancellation policy. My family member had booked this location and was under the impression the total amount to rent this space was $500 and that was not the case. We ended up paying $800 for this location. There's a ridiculous cleaning fee of $150 when you have to clean up your self. I'm not even sure where the other $250 was for. You have to put down a holding fee of $400 and you don't get this back at all if you cancel before your date which is absolutely ridiculous. I emailed and was given two options of either finding someone else myself to rent out the space the same time and day I would be renting out the space or which this was nice gave me a 1 year credit equivalent value of the deposit if we or they were unable to fill the spot. I feel if they are just providing you the space and not helping in setting or cleaning up the price is pretty ridiculous and to not get your money back especially within a good amount of time prior to the scheduled date of event.
