Golden Valley Material Supply

I came to Golden Valley Material Supply on Wednesday the 29th to inquire about purchasing some rocks for delivery for my front yard. The staff there was very helpful directing me to all options of choice, showing me a guess on approximately how much I'd need to possibly order, & verifying what I was ordering would match what I currently had. They had flexibility for delivery days & times, including Saturdays. Your best bet is to order more than you probably anticipate as I've found it's usually not enough to cover the ground you think it will. You're also paying a delivery charge at all places, so the more you order, you're getting more bang for your buck.Highly recommend this place.

This place is excellent! Ordering from Golden Valley has been a very smooth experience. Manny and Vanessa are the NEW owners as of 2022, so all the reviews from before 2022 are the OLD owners. Manny and Vanessa tag team to make sure the customer's needs are met. They're extremely nice, kind, and professional. I've had a few situations where I urgently needed some material that same day, and Golden Valley was able to accommodate and deliver the gravel to my driveway within 2 hours of my phone call request. Im not of sure of any other landscape supply store that would do that. The delivery drivers are amazing. They'll dump the material wherever you'd like and place the pavers exactly where you want, to meet the customer's needs. Their prices are the best around, just go ahead and call other landscape supply stores and you'll realize quickly. They're professional, they're prompt, they're prices are competitive. We in tracy are very lucky to have Golden Valley in our own neighborhood. Don't look elsewhere, get your landscape material from here, you won't regret it.

We were looking to put in a decomposed granite patio as a DIY project and found a great selection of materials at Golden Valley Landscape Supply. The granite and bricks were reasonably priced, as was the delivery cost. They delivered the materials two days later, the patio we put in is looking great!

Beware of there hours! Online on there website and yelp isays Saturday they close at 5. I showed up at 3:05 to be told they closed at 3. I asked the guy if he can just help me real quick, that I already knew what I wanted and only needed half a yard. I was told it was to much trouble for him to unlock the gate and get the key to to the tractor and needed to come back another day. I tried to tell him about there hours online , but he didn't care at all. Also, cover the back of your truck with a sheet or something, they left a lot of chipped paint and dents in the back of my truck. I will not be returning there for business as there customer service is just horrible.

I'm been buying bulk materials such as veneer stone, cinder block, mortar, rebar, mulch, artificial turf, gravel, decorative stone and much more for the past 7 years and David, Mike and Robert always have been great.Their customer service is awesome, David goes above and beyond to get you the right material. If you need any landscape and hardscape materials look no further.You can pick it up or they can deliver, reasonable prices too!Thank you David.

BEWARE!!! Our truck was hit by forklift while loading our trailer. Dave (owner) stated that we were there at our own risk and he is refusing to pay for the damage. Rude and unprofessional business owner!!!

I went to Golden Valley Materials to buy some product and Manny and Vanessa there. They wanted to help me very nice people very helpful and the prices are really good too and I went there more than once. Every time I went there their service was excellent, and I will go there again and again when I whenever I need any materials for my home, I will come to this place.
