Golden Gate Trailer Park

Great experience with the wonderful management at Golden Gate Trailer Park! Jenny has been so helpful and kind to us. We found a great spot for our travel trailer with great shopping right next to the park (Trader Joe's, BevMo, World Market and more)! Convenient, affordable with nice tenants, we appreciate all that this park does for us and we recommend them highly!

I had seen this place for decades driving around Marin, didn't think much of it by the entrance but after I met with Jenny and had a very comprehensive tour of this park. It's a beautiful park with a wonderful community. They pride themselves on being a Compact Living with a Big heart and this is so true. I love the individuality of the rv spaces and it truly feels like it's own Marin neighborhood.The location speaks for itself. Next door to Trader Joe's and a long walking path along the water. Everyone here was so friendly and stopped to talk to us. Apparently this is a new manager and people gave her rave reviews and even if they didn't, it was clear she is one of the reasons this place is a great place to live.She was kind and gave me information I didn't know to ask, made sure I had help filling out the application, and cheerfully responded to all of my phone calls.I cannot recommend this place enough.The showers are very clean with great water pressure and the bathroom is heated and was nice and warm while showering.This has to be the most affordable living in Marin County no question.

I live here for a year, it was wonderful the people of the administration included Mr. Wali are note 10.

Golden Gate Trailer is a great value in my opinion. It is an older park with many permanent or semi-permanent residents. The current owner bought the park back from someone he had sold it to a several years ago. The park had gone downhill as far as maintenance. In the last few years we have gone there, the current owner has done an excellent job with repairs and improvements. This is NOT an RV resort, nor is it trying to be. It is a very affordable option for RVers who are on a limited budget (like us) who want to stay in the San Francisco area. It was less than half the price of other options we checked out. We felt very safe at all times and the other people in the park were friendly, quiet, or simply stuck to themselves.

Jenny was so helpful with my questions! She helped me search online with very good suggestions and set me on the path to getting what I need.

We really enjoyed our 5 year stay at this park! Tidy and we'll organized thanks to Jenny the manager and the location is great. Would stay there again.

I've lived in many long stay Trailer Parks all around California for many years and this is hands down the absolute best one I have found yet! My Fiancé Kaly and I moved here about 3 months ago and have been blown away by the hospitality and good people who live here. This little community here has its own special little corner in Marin, and in my heart. I plan on living here for a long time. Management actually listens to your concerns and works with you on all issues, Jen the manager is doing an amazing job keeping us all happy here. This is the kind of place where you know your neighbors name and I truly enjoy the sense of community that I have had the privilege of experiencing here... 5 Stars all the way! Its the best place to live, Guaranteed!

Dump station is clean, well maintained and convenient. It is a good place to dump after a trip.

t's a great location, 10 minutes to Battery spencer for a great view of Golden Gate ! The lady of the office gave us lot of informations ! It's really a small place but perfect for what we needed ! WiFi was great ! The restrooms were pretty clean !

Mr. H who is taking care of park is a very nice and friendly person who is invested in your comfort. I stayed at the park a month while I was going to training... Following is what you need to know if you wish to stay there: make sure that you get a key of the laundry room if you are going to wash your stuff after 6pm. Bathroom is less than desirable so you will be better off if you have what you need in your RV. Park is quite and people around are friendly and helpful. This place is close to anything that you might need (radius about 5 miles). Additionally there is a pond filled with ducks, geese and maybe even fish. Ferry is about 20 minutes walk from the park. I have found that this place is the most affordable accommodation around so it is PERFECT if you have an RV.
