Golden China Restaurant

I have to say this is one Chinese restaurant that I highly recommend anyone coming to. It is very difficult for me to give such high rating for a Chinese restaurant since they are "a dime a dozen". However, this place was a recommendation from someone at work. Interestingly, enough, I don't remember seeing one item that I ordered, even though it was served, "peking ribs". I highly recommend anyone who like sweet ribs. Their customer service is exceptional and they are very friendly. The menu items are within my budget... Comparable to other Chinese restaurants. This has become I will go to Chinese restaurant (hubby and me).Quality of food: A + + Quality of service: A + + Price: $ - $$

Decided to give this place a try since it's close by and my favorite Chinese place was closed that day. Just got take out so can't speak of the service other than they had my order ready when I arrived. I wasn't impressed with the food unfortunately. The chow mein was dry and the cashew chicken was mostly chopped celery. I did get an order of soup( wor wonton) that was pretty good though.

My friend and I went in search of a Chinese buffet' no go! We settled on this little place' some of the most flavorful Chinese food I have tasted in California. My friend got Sweet and sour chicken Combo" I tasted the most delicious garlic tofu' with Chicken Chow mein it was savory 'smokey full of flavor. No lie this is a great little place we were the only guest lots of take out in such sweet' clean little Chinese place Waitress professional helpful in ordering pleasant. . Eat here incredibly reasonably price lunch specials .

Excellent service and good food. I have and will eat there again. If you want a good Chinese meal they are number one in Turlock.

The food here is pretty good and the service was good as well I will be coming here again when I'm in TurlockFood came out quick and was fresh, the sweet and sour pork was good also the pork chow mein! Beef and broccoli as well!

Good food, plenty of seating, lots of parking. Hard working staff! Good portion size. Fast for takeout orders. Reasonable prices.

I usually dine here every Friday, and I always order the same meal. The food never disappoints--it's consistently delicious and generous in portion. The service is exceptional; I'm always warmly welcomed and invited to choose my seat. Plus, my meal arrives hot and in no time at all!

This sound is bad , their portions are very bad , I paid over $33.00 for two chicken chow mein and one yang chow fried rice that was not cooked like Yang chow fried rice : cooking quality matter on price . I feel sorry for the Central Valley and how they do not know what good Chinese food it . And I also feel sorry for the restaurants around here who do not appreciate the fact that they have a chance to become better authentic chefs . They just want to cook because central valley is stupid . This soup should be brothy even two days later ...

Came here today and older lady in the front was rude. Definitely won't be coming here anymore. Poor customer service

Great food and friendly staff. The lunch special 7 is my favorite. Plus a good selection of beers for a Chinese restaurant
