Very nice park. This Mobile Park is landscaped well, if there is a problem on your site, it's repaired quickly. Great neighbors and a friendly park atmosphere. Convent laundry facilities.

This little park is a hidden gem for those looking for a beautiful, restful place to relax and enjoy life. It's a 55 year or older park occupied by delightful Residents who enjoy the peace and quiet and the natural beauty. The park is located in an ancient river bed where the miner's found gold in the 1800's and exposed the fascinating and incredibly beautiful limestone boulders that are present in the park today. The mobile homes are placed aesthetically around these beautiful boulders and with the many species of trees and other natural flora, this park is a paradise!The park even has its own waterfall.The owners who took over 2 or 3 years ago are committed to upgrading the park and improving it on every level. Over a span of some 14 years I have lived in four different spaces in this park. All but one space was comfortable, the one that wasn't had standing water in its parking space only after a heavy rain. Many of the spaces are placed irregularly, all are nicely separated, which gives some illusion of privacy. My two indoor/outdoor cats enjoy living here. The space I now occupy will probably be my last residence, fortunately its house is very comfortable.
