Great service. Fast processing for transfer but the two times I've been in, there was only one employee working. Wait times could get long if theres more than 4 people inside. Otherwise no complaints and would definitely come back here. Highly recommended

After doing much research before picking my FFL I decided to go with Glaser, and I have not been disappointed. He is quick, Professional and respectful. takes the time to answer all question and phone calls. I Highly recommend to anyone looking for a true FFL who knows CA laws and firearms. To the one review about Zack being rude and intolerant: he is direct and Serious, yes, it can be mistaken for rudeness, but everyone is different. do your research before coming in and ask him any remaining question (I promise he will be happy to help) don't expect him to give you a class or 30 min demo.

The gentleman at the store was rude and intolerant. He became increasingly agitated with each question and clearly did not want me in his store.

Nice guy behind the counter would recommend the small gun shop because I know how difficult it must be to run one in California and still a nice guy

Purchased my first gun in over 25 years from Glaser Arms. Small store, but being a local business I felt it more important to buy from Zach than a big box store.I asked a few questions which Zach happily answered and left that day knowing what I was going to buy from him. He didn't have it in stock, but said it would be in the following week. The following week I purchased the gun and came back after its 10 day mandatory jail time to pick it up, and could not be happier.I'm also having ammunition shipped in from an online retailer, which he gladly accepts with very reasonable fees.Overall, great experience and I will continue to do business with him in the future.

Zach Glaser is both professional and personable. His shop is immaculate and his work speaks for itself. I recommend Glaser Arms for anyone looking for a good FFL and gunsmith in Eastern Contra Costa County.

Zach is direct and up front, fast with paperwork (the stuff we all hate) and has great pricing. I have had nothing but good experiences here. He is a one man shop so if there's a couple people ahead of you, you will need to wait a little.

First time at Glaser Arms. Had something transferred over, pqid my fees and started my 10 days. Zach was quick to get things done. In and out of there in about 10-15mins including a five minute wait. I'll definitely be coming back here in the future. Also, it's nice and warm in there

Simple and as easy as can be. This place is a bit far from me but I went here because the prices are fair compared to many of these gouging FFLs. Eric was friendly but not overly so and the experience was efficient and easy. No complaints and I would go back again for firearm transfers. This wouldn't be my preferred place for small caliber ammo transfer though since there's a charge per round. Better value for larger calibers here.

I have done business with the owner several times and wouldn't hesitate recommending his business over others in the area in a heartbeat !They treat people fairly but further more, HONESTLY. This quality is getting harder and harder to find in businesses. THANKS !!
