Gk Mongolian BBQ

Good noodle food here. Have been going to the same one at quail lakes area but this is also convenient.

We use to love coming here, but every time we go it's extremely messy, tables with stuff, food all over, countertops around the food is dirty and food containers are always empty or nearly empty. Grill is caked with buildup and if you ask for them to clean they won't. On our most recent visit my kid found plastic pieces in his and all they said was sorry. It wasn't just one piece either.

Not happy with our to go portion. How horrible is this paid almost $40 for door dash order not worth it doesn't even come with rice. Plus everything is an additional cost on DoorDash. Never again. I've never seen every single item you add $0.75 plus there was barely any meat in mine only saw beef when I ordered chicken beef and turkey. They usually box it in a Chinese food container which is bigger than this plastic container. Would not recommend you DoorDash Mongolian bbq taste was horrible when someone else makes it. You are better off DIY!

The food here is great quality and tasty. The service was fast and polite. The ambiance is a big room, and nice and chill. I highly recommend going here, especially for their all you can eat.

If I could have given them a zero star, I would. I just watched the staff totally disrespected a customer of African descent. The oriental guy with the braids was so rude. He acted like he wanted to fight her. The Asian lady in the black shirt, pony tail and blue jeans was also very disrespectful. The young lady asked for a pair of gloves - use to be a standard at this location- but was rudely told to use the restroom and the hand sanitizer. I've been a regular customer for quite sometime. However, after todays display of disrespect towards a customer who only requested that her food be placed in a container that was displayed, I will never visit this place again. Neither will my family. Just an horrendous experience. Basic customer skills are lacking at this establishment. Management is responsible for this outrageous behavior. Employees need to be trained on how to treat those of us who patronize this establishment. Unfortunately, we will not be there to see the changes enforced. I was so disgusted that I did not get my food. Ridiculous.

We had a great experience here!!The staff was attentive as soon as you walk in. They get a table ready for you if your eating in, with soup, wontons, rice and drinks! They do this all while your making your beautiful creation of a yummy dinner! Absolutely LOVED the fact that they list where each food item comes from!! Most things are local, some out of country but hey you can choose to opt out knowing that information. They also list that all ingredients come fresh the day of, hoping that's true cuz everything did look fresh to me! We will be back, and also hope to visit location in lodi!

I love this place...I have eaten at all of the locations in Stockton and this may be the cleanest one. But to be fair, I haven't been to the other 2 for a minute and there is no way to get around making a bit of a mess while you are building your bowl. Especially if you're a piler of noodles like I am, haha.Anyway, I was craving noods big time last night so I decided to stop in and make a bowl. I love all the veggie options and how fresh everything is. But seriously, am I the only one that thinks that most of the sauces are the same? Lol! And the value for the amount of food you get is awesome-for $10 I got a to-go bowl that also came with rice, fried won-ton, that amazing sesame cookie (I have no idea what it's called) and a drink. You cannot beat that price!

This location is bad. The inside is always dirty. The toppings are always either out, close to out or rotting. Hope you don't want spinach leaves because all you'll get is brown decaying leaves. The staff is incompetent. To-go soda? Let's fill it all the way to the top overflowing and treat you like the shitty customer because you need napkins because they can't even fill a fucking soda correctly. Just disgusting. I hope this place gets shut down, and you guys definitely need some surprise visits from a health inspector. Save your 50.00 for two people and go somewhere else.

Bad Service by the cook. I told the cook I had food allergies to jalapeños and he still put my order on the grill. When I told him why did he do that I am allergic to jalapenos and the guy tells ok "next time" he will clean the grill. He got an attitude and I called him a boy and started telling us we can leave and came at us wanting to fight me. A 58 yr old woman. You can if we don't like it. The lady working tried to tell him to stop and he kept cussing and telling us f'u you can get the f' out of here. NEVER GOING BACK TO THAT GK ON WEST N HAMMER LANE How are you a young kid maybe if 24/26 yrs young. SERIOUSLY going to fight a woman
