GK Mongolian BBQ

First of all, I wanna say the negative stars has nothing to do with the people that work there and they should be applauded yesterday. It was pretty busy when we showed up and Irwin the cook went above and beyond to help us to get our food & to make it an enjoyable experience .however it took way too long, so while I was standing there. Ask him. Hey they need another Cook to help you and he said " sorry that's not something I can control. I apologize but you know it's expensive to hire another cook. "but they're making a lot of money and that means the owner is just being cheap. Not in love with that. You should have another cook if you're making That much money . My order a lone was $70 and that's only for three people. The average group size in line behind us had three people that means you're making $70 per group. You can afford another cook that you're paying $20 an hour for . I mean we were in line for 40 minutes or something while we waited. It was enjoyable watching and waiting for our order to be cooked but we shouldn't have to wait that long. It's supposed to be a fast food and the fact that you don't have enough people when they're spending that much. Money is crazy. there. In fact, we're only two workers last night & behind us there was a whole line and before us there was a whole line that place stays busy and that's not fair to your workers. They're running around doing everything trying to just keep up and the cooks job should be cooking. The cashiers job should be cashiering. There should be a middleman, but there's not and while the two employees that were there we're very attentive. It's not fair to them . So maybe it is expensive to hire cook but you can go there. and you need to go to work if you don't wanna hire another worker and work yourself so you can see what they do because it's a lot of work you're asking somebody's gonna end up getting hurt because they couldn't wash the counters. The counters were disgusting, soaked in sauce, and just the whole counter was covered and there was a bunch of things that should've been out like for instance there was no turkey. There was no mushrooms. There was no house sauce. This is not your workers fault. They did a great job with what they had to work with and they did accommodate once asked but they shouldn't have to be asked. There should be a worker out there to help in the middle at least and there should've been two cooks. They didn't have the time to do it. They're running trying to keep up with all 10 people that were behind us.

Food is usually pretty good here, however, doesn't look like the operation hours are updated on either the website or Google maps, or Apple Maps.Walked in about 845 for a to go order and told they close at eight on Sundays. None of the above Sites showed this timeframe?

- Will be back, despite the high price of $16+ per bowl (more worth it if you eat multiple bowls).- Not a fan of making my own bowl; I'm lazy.- It would be great if they offered an option to purchase just one bowl for those of us who don't finish a whole bowl.

BRING BACK THE DUMPLINGS PLEASE! (they have since been discontinued and I only got to order them once, off of DD-) not sure how it is in the store though, ambiance wise. I remember when I ordered it was almost time for them to close out the orders through DD, but although it was accepted it took almost 2 HOURS. I ended up ordering food from somewhere else in case it didn't come, because I didn't wanna cancel the order and not receive a full refund but I ended up with 2 orders LOL! glad I got to enjoy them before they were taken off the menu, but I don't set myself returning only for the potstickers.

Okay first off!The food is PLAIN! I mean literally plain, the meat has no flavor or seasoning at all and even after putting some veggies in the mix it will come out really plain! No flavor at all!Customer service is good when is not busy (does this place even get busy?) It is hot inside! No fans or AC so pack a fan

Dang! I love getting takeout here, but I went to go place a pick up order online and....since when did they start nickel and dime-ing for veggies and meat?! By the time I was done it was like $20 a bowl! I'm good. I can get a larger noodle order with everything I want included for less money elsewhere. Canceled my family's order immediately. I guess I won't be coming here anymore until something changes. I can only imagine what dine in costs now. So sad. What turns me off about dine in is it's always grimy. It's as if the tables and chairs are wiped down with a greasy wet rag. The price for experience and food just isn't adding up anymore.

It's good, but I feel like you can't taste the sauces much. I mixed the house, garlic, and teriyaki together. Unfortunately, it tasted bland. I also wish the bowl was bigger for me to pack more food in. The restaurant had food all over the floor and counters and the staff was trying to clean some. It was like a sauna in there;we had to leave and eat at home. The staff was polite and it didn't take long to cook the food. It was an okay experience and I'd return again.

Love this place! Haven't been in a while but the kids and I would come every Friday. It can get a lil hot inside, so if you can sit by the door or ask to take your meal outside.

Most definitely have had better...I hadn't been to this location for a long time and was really disappointed at how it has changed. The food area was absolutely filthy and you couldn't fill your bowl without stepping on food. The sauce area was equally dirty. The biggest blow for me however was the fact that they no longer serve the sweet sesame biscuits here anymore. I asked and they said that only the West Lane location has them. I don't really care for the soup or the fried wontons and I don't eat the rice since I'm already having noodles, so I felt like what I spent wasn't really worth it for a bowl of noodles with meat and veggies. They do serve potstickers now instead of the biscuits but those were deep fried as well so I passed. Normally I really enjoy what I get and maybe last night was just an off night but I will definitely be going to the West Lane location next time!

The server/cashier was super attentive, extremely efficient, and friendly. The food was delicious. overall wondeful place to eat !
