GK Mongolian BBQ

I really enjoy the experience of picking the ingredients and sauces that are going into my bowl of noodles. Then having it perfectly cooked and served. The staff here is friendly. The ambiance is very casual. Did I mention you get multiple trips with your dine-in order? Anyhow the meal comes with a cup of soup, rice and wonton. I've visited a few Mongolian BBQ restaurants and what I like about this one is consistency. The food is fresh and the service is good. I'll be coming back for sure

GK Mongolian is just average.The interior is comfortable and spacious. You order your bowl, and a server will come around for your appetizers and the bill.The selection of vegetables and meats is extensive, and it comes with free soup and potstickers, which are delicious. However, the downfall is the sauce. I always add a ton of sauce to my bowls, but the flavor is lacking. Because of this, I do not recommend.

This review is long overdue. We live nearby and visit about every other month. It's always clean and the people there are so nice. We're vegetarian, so instead of the pork pot stickers and soup (with chicken broth) they usually give us spring rolls.

One of the friendliest GM I've visited greeted right when walked in, Grill master was really polite. Everyone that worked this shift of my visit. I ally the hospitality! Keep it up, I will definitely return. Food was good and cool music playlist. Clean location as well.only small recommendation for one of the staff members, would be to take their personal phone call as outside or back of the location away from customers ears shot. Thank you!

The food, with the exception of the egg roll, was wonderful. The selection was down, but that's because I walked into there at 8:30 PM. There was still enough left to make up a decent bowl. The Grillmaster is good at what he does. The meal was quite enjoyable, even with the horrible set of "chopsticks" they gave me, I felt like I was eating with knitting needles. What an insult. Fortunately, they had set my place with a fork, a potsticker, a bowl of rice, soy sauce, and a tureen of egg-drop soup. All tasty and appreciated.Now onto the egg roll; the only egg roll they have is the vegetarian one, so they take all of the vegetables and mulch them up into a coarse paste, stuff that paste into the wrap, and drop it into the fryer. When you bite down, the hot, hot paste comes flying out into your mouth with unpleasant effects. Whatever happened to egg rolls that had lettuce, cabbage, carrots, sprouts, and pork? Eggrolls (one word) are important, and so are chopsticks. There are Indian Tribes in the Southwest (I think in Northern New Mexico and Arizona) that make chopsticks by the millions. Bet you could buy them with your logo and let customers "steal" them to take home. Free P.R.Service was a little frenetic. Only 1 waitstaff to take care of 5 or 6 tables. I expect they operate on a limited buget and are saving up for a better location. That's the "Make or Break" stage of opening a restaurant. Get that eggroll in line and fix those chopsticks and you will get all 5 stars. The food was really good.

Absolutely ridiculous service! The worst I've ever been to. Not even busy and had to wait 1 hour and 20mins just to pick up a Grubhub order. Excuses after excuses. Everytime I come here.

We came here near their closing time to avoid the typical fast food restaurants and best decision! They have so many selections for your dish. every worker was kind and greeted us as we arrived and when we left. I love Mongolian and this place did not disappoint.

The Food and services at this location is honestly better options than the ones in Stockton, they are pretty good over there but these workers take their time and prioritize quality over quantity and I have no issue waiting cause I know it will be worth it in the end.

First things, I gotta say their service is absolutely amazing. I did a DoorDash order for here and DoorDash told me they were having a hard time finding my driver. I called the store, cancelled my order on DoorDash, and drove down to the restaurant myself to have them ring me up there and picked it up after my meeting. They were very accommodating and helpful in that regard. To top it off, the food was absolutely amazing, delicious, and it stayed warm on the drive home. Thanks GK!

horrible experience with the guy in the grill the cook at the grill became extremely aggressive. I separated the vegetables in a separate bowl as I always prepare my bowls that way. After he began to cook he yelled over at us saying I'm charging you for 4 bowls - he continued to yell at us then said he would let it pass this time only- as I offered to re do my bowl and condense to 1. after I finished eating he handed me the managers number and told me to call because he was charging for 4. i called the manager and he understood me and let the staff know to charge me correctly. the cook then walked to my table aggressively told me I got what I wanted and to not come back. he is a large man and was trying to intimate us. the other staff saw and customers herd. I was so embarrassed i will never return. this is disgraceful behavior
