My car is getting worked on. Ac belt, transmission belt and valve cover gasket and 4 spark plugs. Air filter.. Sam was super helpful to me.

I brought my car in to get an oil change and my filters replaced. They were able to find some other issues that I had and I am so thankful. I drive all over California and if he did not point that out I probably would be on the side of the road. I had my tire light showed up and took my car to Gill's. One of the workers there patched the tire up and checked the rest of the tires to make sure no more nails stuck in them. Did this fairly quick, so I would recommend them. I could have gone to other places that would have done it for free but probably would have had to wait a long time.

My debit card was stolen somehow and used here over the phone. When I called there that day the worker guy was cool. When I called back the next day the manager or whoever I talked to knew the deal and was super rude and couldn't get rid of me fast enough. This is a shady business. This is a follow up to my initial review. I filed a complaint with the CA Consumers Affairs division of Automotive Maintenance and Repair. They were promptly responsive and initiated an investigation, starting with acquiring all of my paper-work. An experienced mechanic working for that division came to Stockton, visited all three businesses involved, reviewed available records from two, but could not review Gill records because they had been deleted. The outcome was that Gill declined to acknowledge responsibility but agreed to reimburse me $100 of the $200 cost of repair as a sign of "good will" without offering an apology.

Took my car in because the brake were going on. After they looked the car over, they told me the master cylinder was going out. Had them fix it, cost over 800.00 to have it done.They only warranty it for 90 days. Guess what? The same brake problem reoccurred about 5 months after they fixed it. They wouldn't honor the warranty. So I shelled out almost a grand to have it not fixed...They used to be a good company back in the day, but now, just as shady as everyone else...

Terrible service. Took my 2018 Mercedes e300 for an oil change. Told me 30 min. Then took like an hour. Next thing you know my check engine light came on 1 day later. And I believe they put the wrong oil in my car . Never coming here again. Go to Jiffy Lube even if its an long wait for oil change

Excellent customer service. Ask for James! I have had them replace my actuators in my impala with no issues and oil changes. I also had my car taken over there which ended up being a loose tire and they replaced for no charge, which was beyond appreciated.
