If I could rate a 0 I would. This shop is an absolute joke! I honestly don't know how they are in business with the way this place is ran.I brought my bike here because I was referred by a friend. Nothing too serious, just wanted to increase the value a little bit, adjust the clutch, add a new seat and fix the headlights. I wasn't in a hurry and figured the small things that needed to be done wouldn't take too long.There was 0 communication. Every time I called or stopped by Sam assured me the bike was being worked on and I would be able to pick the bike up soon.After 2 MONTHS I spoke to Sam and he said to come by and pick up the bike up on this date, at this time and assured me it was done. Being a shop owner myself, I closed down my shop for the day and drove up there to pick my bike up. When I got there the bike was not done and never touched. Sam asked me to wait 30 minutes after he assured me it was done and ready to be picked up. So that pissed me off since it has been 2 months and and nothing was done. He was going to do all the work in 30 mins. I confronted Sam the owner about it and he lost his shit in a totally unprofessional manner. He started yelling at me and told me he cant stop working on other peoples bikes or he wouldn't get anything done. He told me to go fuck myself and get the bike out of his shop screaming like a child.When I came back with my trailer, Sam just apologized and said he was in a bad mood. Still charged me $500. I don't know what I was paying for but a 2 month storage fee? I would never treat a customer that way. Don't go here Period. They have no idea what is going on over here and they treat their customers like shit.

Never going here again said they would have my bike done by the next day and no call or anything so I went down there and my bike is sitting in the same spot I dropped it off at

gearheads did a great job on my bike after it got hit from the rear.they worked fast and got it back to me . couldnt even tell the bike had been hit.would recommend this shop to everyone.

Excellent family shop. Had some work done with great results...but like murphys law says...right before sturgis trip tranny died. Ray and sam busted their butts for me, and didn't miss a minute of a great 3800 mile trip. You all went above the norm. Do not hesitate to use this business for all your motorcycle needs!!!

Best motorcycle shop in all the land... seriously! They have bent over backwards for us so many times.

Very satisfied.I got in over my head with some 10" Yaffe Monkey bars for my 2016 Road Glide. I was not able to get the internal wiring into the bars. Called gearheads and even though they were busy they managed to squeeze me in the same day. Wiring looks great and you cannot beat the same day service. Thanks for the help.

After having issues with Eagles Nest, I had my husbands bike towed here. Sam took a look at my paperwork and got the work done, plus more for a decent price. Much cheaper than what was going to be spent at HD. They also do DMV brake and light inspections here. We did a personal transaction with Sam regarding a bike. One stop shop for bike needs.

I have been going in and out of this shop for a few years and they never disappoint. made an appointment for one day and brought it in a day earlier. No problem, they took it in and when I could not pick it up. They understood. I'm getting ready to go on a road trip and Ray gave me pointers on items I should have incase I need to make a quick repair. he didn't have to do that. He was busy and made time for me. The whole crew at Gear Head are like that. They haven't forgotten the working guys. These Guys are as good as they come.
