Dav is absolutely amazing, he provides excellent costumer services & always seems to make me laugh! I will always recommend people to shop here. Please keep in mind this a convenient store not a grocery store! Although they do have a great variety of groceries & goods! The prices don't matter since I'm not driving 15-20 mins into town to grab the same thing I can just get here! Very convenient, very demure, & very mindful.

Don't buy milk here! My wife purchase a quart of milk the other nite and at breakfast the next day it was sour when I tried to us it on cereal. It was well within the "use by" date. She took the bottle back the next day to exchange for a fresh one and the store rep refused to let her exchange it "because it had been opened". Du. ...how else can you tell if it's sour without opening it.Not a very customer friendly place.

Very dishonest, rude service. On one occasion, my cell phone's rapid wall charger was stollen. I saw some at Gateway Gas & Food. I asked them if it was the old slow charger, or a rapid charger. They assured me it was a rapid charger. I took it home and tried to charge my cell phone. It took forever. Not only was it NOT a rapid charger, it was such a cheap peice of crap that it kept falling out of the charging port. I promptly tried to return it, with the receipt, packaging, and everything. But they said they refuse to return it once it is opened! But you can't tell what a worthless peice of crap it is until you open the package and try to use it.On another occasion, it was a very hot day, so I bought a Mexico brand juice bar, which are frozen solid, but are too messy to eat once they start to melt and you are trying to drive. So the only safe solution is to eat it in your car before you start driving. So I am in my car trying to eat it, but it's frozen solid, so having to wait for it to thaw out for a couple of minutes. There was only one other car in their entire parking lot. Yet both clerk come out and start hosteling me for not driving away immediately, as soon as I hot back in my car! I guess their policy must be something like "give us all your money, then get the heck out of here!"On another occasion, it was a hot afternoon. There was a construction area near their gas island fenced off, and absolutely no one was buying their lousy gas that priced 40-cents higher than most Chevron or Unocal stations. I had a badly injured dog with me, needed to exchange phone numbers with someone, so pulled into the lane fartherest from the store, so my badly injured dog would be in the shade. But one of their mean-spirited clerks came running out there, yelling at us, and claiming that we were in the way of their customers. We looked at each other, looked back at the crazy clerk, and asked "What customers?" He didn't appreciate that, and screamed all the louder for us to get off their property. Told him I was about to come in and shop, but he just lost my sale due to his rudeness. On yet another occasion I was in a very long line at the check stand to buy groceries. Early on, one customer asked if they could use their restroom, they said yes. Abiut 10-minutes later, and elderly gentleman said he was on Duretic or "water pill" medication (which makes you pee very frequently) and asked if he could use their restroom, but they publicly humiliated him, and refused to let him use their restroom, after just letting someone else use it. Then they had the nerve to complain about another customer who they saw pissing in the corner of their parking lot! I told them maybe he was another pissed-off customer (no sound intended), or maybe he knew they would refuse him, and he just couldn't hold it any longer. And who ever heard of a gas station that refused to allow people to use the rest room? They cussed me out, told me to get the hell out of there, and never come back. Well guess what, their rudeness was the last straw, and it will be a cold day in hell before I ever do back their. I don't need their crappy products, their dishonesty, their sky-high prices, or their mean, rude attitude. It's no wonder they have a well-deserved one-star rating! And if they worked for me, and I knew they were treating my customers like that, they would no longer be working for me!

Stopped by for gas on my way to the campgrounds. The attendant was super nice when I got my card stuck in the machine. Also, they had a nice selection of snacks, so I stocked up for the weekend.

Soooo, Iv been coming here for over 4 years. I have never had a bad experience, untill today. One of their newest clerks decided it would be a good idea to embarrassed me in front of a bunch of customers multiple times. I was trying to make my purchase with my EBT card (yeah I know) It has "cash" on it, as well as food stamps...Back story: (not that I need to explain ) my husband works full time & we still qualify. I am at home with our newborn, 2 year old, 4 year old, and 2 teens. Now that that out of the way, let's continue... I'm trying to make my purchase, but SHE keeps running the card wrong. I told her there was $$ on the card, the "Cash" side. She is treating me like a poor person, which yeah, I guess I am... but, no matter, I'm still a human being, and a customer. She made a point to say (very loud btw & in front of a line of ppl) "There's no money on the card, and it would show on the recept if there was." And refused to run it again. So I put the purchase on my credit card. Anyways...I sat in my car, feeling ashamed, decide to pull up my EBT account online.. and what do you know? There is money on the "cash" side.Feeling extremely frustrated I go back in, explain to her she made a mistake running my card. And on top of that embarrassed me in front of a bunch of people...I asked her to take some accountability for her actions, because obviously she doesn't know how to run the card correctly... She makes excuses, doubles down that she is correct, saying she did it right. I did the same, (doubling down) and purchase the same thing, again! Just to prove a point. Lo and behold it worked!!!... still no apology. There were a lot of words exchanged in between. Mostly about accountability and just apologizing. The worst part, at the end of our second transaction: She slammed the receipt down on the counter, and said here's your accountability. So I replied "thanks, here's my proof."I mean, they over charge for EVERYTHING in the first place, I don't have to go her, it's just convenient... Idk I might never go back, which is saying a lot.Idk it's a sin to be to prideful, but I might hold on to this one for a while.

This is price gouging at its worst. I understand we're dealing with hyper inflation. I get it. But it's pathetic that this market will take advantage of the locals the way it does. 90% of the items in the store do not show the price. That's because the owner knows that if the prices were shown most people would drive off and shop elsewhere. But once they're up at the register... The owner knows that the inconvenience of going somewhere else will be incentive enough for them to purchase the items out of frustration. I will drive 5 miles out of my way to shop somewhere else if at all possible. Boycott this place and show them that you're not going to take this abuse any longer. - gallon of milk $6. (Elsewhere $3.79)- 10 lb. Bag of ice $7. (Elsewhere $1.59) -
