My wife's pendant on her necklace was missing a loop so I looked for a jewelry store that could fix it. Went to Yelp and Gary Long Jewelers was recommended. So I went to check them out. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I wasn't able to get the necklace fixed because they would have to keep it since their technician was out. But in the future I would definitely come back to look at some jewelry or get my jewelry fixed here.

From the care that was given during the process of having my wedding ring remade to the over all attention to detail in making sure that I'm covered from an insurance standpoint is a testament to making sure the customer is happy and coveted. Gary J Long's appears to be a reputable jewelry store and their selection looks top notch. However, I wouldn't advise anyone to take a watch there. They have no real interest in helping you. Even if you are the only customer in the store. Years ago I brought a watch in and inquired about a battery change and was shoved off to another shop that ended up damaging that watch. They claim they don't have the tools to change batteries. Fair enough.Yesterday I returned because I trust real, privately owned stores, over mall chains. I simply needed a brand new Seiko sized. I had owned this watch less than a day and never wore it as it was too loose. I received help with the sizing only to find later that there are tool mark scratches on the links that were tampered with. Furthermore the depth of the pins is not even with the stock setting. I can only hope they do not slip out and trash a watch I just spent $600 on. I know it's not a Patek or Rolex but that does not mean you should exercise less caution when handling my property.Maybe if I had a more enthusiastic customer experience I would return to buy jewelry for my girlfriend or mother. Ever think of that?Anyway, beautiful store. Embarrassing service. Just tell watch people to go away so that you can focus on the PGA channel.Cheers.

If you need a jewelry service, I highly recommend this place. Went to go get my engagement ring resized before an event. They got it done in a few days and it came out so clean, it was blinding. Lisa was so great to work with. Highly recommend.
