Needed some help digging up old documentation for work, and Karina was quick and helpful. I really appreciate the extra mile she went to help resolve an issue with a purchase from a decade ago! Really saved my ass.

They picked up the tractor and repaired it then delivered it, Great Service VERY HAPPY TO RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY

Not impressed with their parts Dept! I asked Kevin to help me find a part and he said I required a model # to be sure we were correct. Made sense--I went a long way to get the information and sent it to Kevin in a series of e-mails and included pictures. He never responded to any of my e-mails which I confirmed had been to correct address and had indeed gone through. so after 2 weeks of no replies I finally called, was told to call back later--did it and then told he couldn't come to the phone. Left detailed voice message with two phone #'s--no Reply. guess they do not need or want the business! Silver lining I found it on line and got the part!--At least he polite at initial contact--just no follow through!

Couldn't get any help with the other local tractor repair so called these guys. They picked up my kubota repaired serviced and returned my tractor within 24 hours. Now that's service. Won't be using anyone else in the Fairfield/green Valley area in the future. Highly recommended!

Jordan is the guy! If you need a mower you shouldn't bother looking anywhere else. He's got integrity, honesty, knowledge and makes it happen for his customers. I needed to get a 5' rotary mower late one Friday evening and showed up around closing. Did he give me crap? Not a bit - he was only concerned about helping me get the right mower! Without question, I'd use these guys for anything in the future.

Can't say anything but great service from the whole place, to bad they are not a Kubota Dealer. The other guys could use more competition. However they can service and sell you parts.!!!!! Check em out you won't be disappointed.
