Gameroom Envy

An extremely disappointing experience. Got me for $1800 and left my home with 28 staples and 3 nails in my carpet. (Which my daughter cut her foot on one of them) Hit me with a hidden $150 for their misquote and if I didn't supply the manpower to help unload on the delivery side, they were going to nail me for an additional $190. Also, and most troubling....the table is completely out of level. After they ran me home from the office and then proceeded to flake on the return trip to try and level it...I will be paying professionals to do so instead of counting on this company. Unreliable. Unprofessional. I have more bs I could share, I'll leave it at this.

We saw this place in passing and stopped in to look around. It's a little pricey but a good local spot to get your billiard room stocked up. They have all things game room from pinball machines to pool tables. They have game room furniture and supplies including dartboards, darts, pool balls of varying styles, signs and cues. If you need to get your game room set up and you don't mind spending a lot of dough, this is the place to go.

Guys came by just like scheduled and set up and leveled pool table. They were courteous and let me know every step of the waY what they were doing. They took extra precaution not to damage floors with blankets and took time to make sure the level was right on table. I would definitely recommend them.

My day started out with me trying to go to Valley Billiards Supply cuz it's closer to my house but they weren't open because it's the day after Christmas Even though it says online they were so I went to game room Envy instead and ended up getting the pool que that I wanted for $12 less than Valley Billiards and the young lady that helped me was very helpful and nice. I will definitely come back here! Happy holidays!

I hired Game Envy to move my pool table. They did a great job at a reasonable price. They were very professional and treated my two houses with respect.
