He absolutely knows his stuff, has excellent recommendations for frames and mats, works with the customers on their vision, and he is reliable with ordering and completing projects. I have been bringing valuable art work here for the past 6 months, and he always delivers and creates stunning pieces.

This place was everything you could dream of for customer service! I had waited last minute to do xmas stuff, and the procrastinator in me waited 3 days before to do anything! Hobby lobby turned me down for what I needed, but Galleria took me in on SUNDAY. A day when they aren't even open! Not only they guide me in the right direction when I needed some engraving, but he opened for me to get the perfect framing done for the frame I already bought. He never made me feel like it was a chore or a job, or like he was trying to rush to make a sale. He let me pick through samples he pulled out from THE BACK, and talked me through placing of my final project. THIS IS REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE Y'ALL. they could have said no, but Galleria welcomed me in to get the most perfect xmas gift for my husband. I am an artist and I wouldn't take my work to anyone else. Gabino is not only extremely punctual and exacting with details, he's also very creative. I have come to him on many occasions asking for framing to fit a special piece and he comes up with the perfect frame or makes a custom creation. Recommend 100% without reservation!

I held on to my signed playbill from Hamilton for so long waiting to give it the display it deserved. The Galeria made me the perfect frame. I couldn't have asked for anything better. Their craftsmanship and their creative eye is the best. I never had anything framed before and I went in not really knowing what to do with it. Now it's really one of my favorite pieces! The quality of Gabino's work is excellent! I have had him mat and frame two pieces now, and I have been quite satisfied. His expertise in color selections and framing options are very helpful as are his reasonable prices. I will definitely be returning to the Galeria for any future framing projects.
