I bought a brand-new 2023 Dodge charger with 500 miles on it and after the course of just 4months it developed a crack in the windshield and the weatherstripping near the windshield wipers is warped. They had my car for three weeks !And did nothing but take pictures , and hold onto my vehicle while the warranty and administrative process carried out(3weeks)They did deem the warped weatherstripping and cracked windshield covered under warranty. But they put no action behind their words yet.Zero offer for a rental or a loaner car. Only after I made issue of it, did they extend the offer, I'm sorry that should be standard for any customer without their car for more than 24 hours. Their consolation was a 10% discount off of a $300 oil change. That's F-ing insulting! I was told that the glass is custom by Mopar and that it is not in inventory and there is a nationwide low inventory issue. I was informed that I would have to wait a monthfor the delivery of the windshieldAfter waiting a month and zero communication from the service department I sent two messages that were never answered and called and left a voicemail that was never answered .So I called the regional garage for Dodge and Stellantis directly; ONLY to find that my windshield has been in stock for the entire month AND REPEATEDLY, I WAS INFORMED THAT THIS PART HAS NEVER HAD A NATIONWIDE LOW INVENTORY ISSUE. they even checked all three different windshield that come with various trims of Dodge chargers and they're all in stock!!!Here's the other kicker :Even though they had my car for three weeks, I was told the technician was out sick that one day and couldn't replace the weatherstripping and that they would do it when they do the windshield altogether .Meanwhile, water is making its way into the firewall of the vehicle. Isn't this just a can of worms? Who will pay if Stellantis finds Future Automotive Group at fault for further damage for water intrusion into my vehicle because of their purposeful neglectMy issue is not with the service department at the Fairfield location. They give zero authority to the service advisors and very little authority to the service managers so there's really not a whole lot they can do because their hands are tied by their corporate entity Future Automotive Group. They are given templates on how to treat and handle every situation and they are not authorised to vary outside of that template even if it means being a little more intelligent dealing with exceptions. Really what has happened is. Future Automotive Group has limited the authority of their service department so much that it is impossible for them to think outside of the box..So my issue is that future automotive group lacks the integrity to even have a method of contact ! Future automotive group on their website websites have zero way to contact their corporate office. What this does is it forces one to take legal action in order to have the office notice of their lack of common business sense. When I called the future automotive group in another city and asked for the corporate office number the "ROBOT" girl on the other end , which was actually a person, thought it was so cool that she was just gonna give me the number to Chrysler! My problem is not with Stellantis or Dodge, MY PROBLEM IS WITH THE Lack of Candor blatantly displayed on future automotive groups websites. Let's grow up, this is an antiquated business practice developed in 2008 during the recession & market collapse, so that companies would not have to hear or deal with anything negative. MOSTLY, if you lack the resources to have an internal customer service department; put it on YOUR website! I bet customers would really love that, but that's what you're telling them anyway. Future automotive group is too cheap to have an internal customer service department and it makes me wonder what other corners they're cutting at the sake of a customer..

Quick update. Finally, I got a manager on the phone. He took down my information and assured me he would look into and get back to me. 2 weeks later, still no response. Anyone looking to make a large purchase (i.e. new vehicle), look somewhere else. Pulling shady tactics like this doesn't get any better just because you spend more money.I'll just leave this right here...https://bar.ca.gov/complaint

Unfortunately, I left this place today (11/13/23) feeling like I was robbed. This is my first and last time doing business with this service department. I brought my Jeep in for an 8:30am appointment due to my check engine light being on and a grinding sound when the brakes are applied. I also added an oil change to the service. I was immediately assisted by a very customer friendly Associate when I arrived. With having prior knowledge of what my Jeep sounds like I knew it was my brake pads but allowed them to run an "inspection" and check everything out. I was told that I should be able to pick my car back up around lunch time 2pm, and no one called or told me what the damage was. I took it upon myself to call and was told over the phone, I was told that my brake pads needed to be replaced along with a possible thermostat replacement. Before hanging up I was told they were just finishing up my oil change and I would receive a call shortly. 430pm and I took it upon myself to go back to the dealership and inquire about my vehicle. It was brought to my knowledge the Associate who helped me had went home sick and the blame was placed on him for the miscommunication. That is no excuse for an entire department to leave customers in the dark. The worst part... after knowing what I already knew about my brake pads and there was nothing detrimental in regards to the check engine light. I had to pay $537.27 for basically just an oil change. No other work was done besides physically inspecting (looking) at my brake pads and seeing that they were metal to metal and also taking two seconds to hit a button and run a diagnostics check due to my check engine light being in. This was not a 2 or even 3 star experience for me and I am all about giving credit when it is due. I'd give this place 1.5 stars for the first friendly Associate who went home sick and also for the complimentary Lyft ride I received to return home.

Bought a used truck and was told I needed to wait on parts they were replacing before I could take it home. In this case, it was as simple as a fuel filter. Check engine light came on and searched the codes. Thermostat is bad and while searching, found that both the oil life and fuel filter life were at 8% life remaining. Haven't even driven the truck 1k miles yet. So they sold me a truck without doing a old change or the promised fuel filter change as well. At the same time, when financing, we asked for them to use our preferred credit union which was available. They promised to not run my credit multiple times(it hurts your credit when they do) and now I have three credit inquiries on the same purchase. I've tried getting the service department to help me, and no one answers the phone or returns any calls. Our sales agent ignores my request to get help, and I have yet to get anyone to call me back after multiple attempts. I finally changed the oil and fuel filters myself and the truck should have never left the dealership with that bad of filters and oil.

Awesome experience getting our new jeep from Future Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM. We had wasted our time with other dealers interested in dragging out the process so we were so excited to have a straight forward and honest experience with the team here led by our sales agent Michael Rader. Great group of people that got us an amazing deal and exceeded the top offer for our trade-in. Couldn't be more pleased

These guys are complete crooks. This is my second negative experience at this location. I recently brought my vehicle to be serviced. Their communication is poor and after calling numerous times looking for an update on the diagnosis, a service member gave me a vague update. Once they sent over their overpriced quote, they couldn't explain what was actually going on nor could they justify the amount they were asking. The diagnostics were $245. They failed to give me a specific details of what they found. I had my vehicle towed to a great auto shop in Vallejo and they found NUMEROUS issues with it the vehicle and were honest, telling me I was best to trade it in than put more money into the vehicle. They were stunned to hear that Future never found the issues they did and were disappointed for me in their dishonesty to customers. They believed they truly didn't run the diagnostic tests that I paid for. Whatever you do, don't waste your time here. They are just trying to rob you and don't provide honest services.

Absolutely horrible. Went for a specific car. They had it on another lot. Wouldn't have it sent over and told me the banks wouldn't approve it. Was so rude. Ended up leaving. The next day I get notifications that they ran my credit a second time without my permission and processed the car I originally wanted without my permission. Never got any kind of apology!

Car dealerships cannot sell a car for more than the advertised price. This is illegal and considered a common scam, known as "Bait and Switch" or false advertising. Even if you did not see the advertisement, the dealer cannot sell a vehicle for more than the lowest advertised price.Dirty business practices. Don't believe the asking price that shows online. It's false advertising. Looked at a Wrangler that was showing MSRP and a "sale" price and the asking price was almost 14k more than what is showing on the web page as they want to charge for upgrades they did without true transparency. I should have stopped my business with this dealership when my truck was stolen off their lot while waiting for service since they didn't use to lock up customer keys. Just thought we'd have a better experience with sales than we did with service/maintenance.
