I usually stop by Pacific to check out the food trucks, and I've always seen this truck at the end of the row. Today I decided to give it a shot, and I was beyond disappointed. The chow mein noodles were OVER cooked with butter to where they were mushy. The veggies were also OVER cooked and burnt on the edges; my zucchini shrunk the size of paste noodles from being over-fried. It didn't seem like there was much to the plate in regards to taste, presentation, and value. The price is too much for what they're making.It's unfortunate but I would avoid this truck.

Service was quick! Really expensive for such a basic dish. Chicken, steamed veggies, and rice - $14! The serving size is big. For that price, your better off with a poke bowl, so much more flavor and variety.

Friendly staff gave good recommendations. Tried the surf and turf. I'm particular with the type of rice used because of the texture and taste( yes there is difference). Would definitely come back to try other flavors. The serving was good for 3 people.

Good Food, Large portions. The cook seems friendly. Was a little slow and over-salted but overall was a pretty good meal. I will return for sure. Was located close to parking so was easy to order and wait in the car while the food was cooked fresh.

Thai food truck is a gem here in Stockton. The owner is super friendly and helpful when you are trying to decide what to eat, and there are so many options to choose from! I highly recommend the cream cheese lumpia (they're bigger than any lumpia I've ever had). The food is fresh and hot too! I will definitely be back for more

Another gem in the food truckScene. I had the steak with fusion sauce and garlic fried rice plus some chorizo lumpia, takes a little time but is More than worth it. Great flavor and lots of food! My wife had the steak and chow mein and pepperoni pizza lumpia. Amazing food !!!!!!!!!!

Can't knock it but it's good food but the price is outrageous 46 got this and had to go back because they forgot the 3 lumpia. Don't do the Philly lumpia no good there

The surf and turf is a complete ripoff. I Spent $26 for basically a rice plate with some steak on it and 6 pcs of shrimp on it. The garlic rice was greasy too. NOT WORTH $26, and that didn't even include a drink!! From my experience, this truck is ridiculously overpriced.

I never laughed so hard I order garlic fried rice it's just minced garlic in rice ,then I ask for chicken and they gave me chunks of chicken breast hella dry like bad turkey , I order chow mein this part I laughed so hard they stir fried it in some cheap butter they put broccoli florets in it ,and last the lumpia was so bad I laughed 6 dollars for 3piece when my 10 year can better food than you that's sad never again spent over 30 dollars for this
