Jeanette helped us get exactly what we were looking for. She has a humble openness about her. For such an unusual building she has quite an assortment of offerings. Ordering is another option and that is what we did. We picked it up ourselves after it came in but she does offer delivery. I usually buy from the local family store rather than a big chain. Furnish 123 validates that choice. And hey, prices were better than the chain. Winner winner chicken dinner.

We financed 2 powered side tables from them April 29th @ 189% interest! One was a floor model that were able to take home that day. The other one had to be ordered to match one we already had for a year.Today (the 9th) I went by to check the status on the ordered one. I was told it could take 10 to 14 days to arrive. The one I've had for a year took 4 days to arrive. So I left. 5 minutes later I got a call that it was in. After running errands I went to pick it up. Then I was lied to by the saleslady. She said she called (never did) that I had to sign papers for the financing with the owner (that's not there).So, 1 I was lied to. 2. Why does the owner leave someone there that can't do anything? I got home, without my table. So I called them up and said we'll pay cash, (when the owner is there) for the floor model I took the 29th and cancel the one they ordered.I tried to shop locally, but not with these incompetent people. We'll go to Elk Grove and shop at American Furniture Gallery as we have in the past.

My husband and I came in here looking for a couch as well as other furniture. We were pleasantly surprised when we wandered around to find such a great selection. There were many many couches, tables, chairs along with just about anything else you could want/need. The owner was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. We left after buying a new sectional couch , and kitchen table!!!! If you are looking for furniture definitely check this place out, great selection and prices that you can live with.

Bought a mid-range bed from here last week, but after I got home I saw that they delivered the hardest, cheapest bed they offered in the store.I paid cash and now they are refusing to take my calls. These people will lie and lie just to make the sale and then screw you over with the final product.The lady I dealt with was very rude, making her even worse than the cheap and defective products she sells.DO NOT buy any furniture here unless your aim is to throw away good money. The deceit and lying I experienced here is simply without compare.

This furniture store is the best. We walked in and were greeted by Lisa who is literally amazing. She helped us find exactly what we were looking for, she was attentive and helpful. We were so impressed by the prices, they have really good deals and a great selection of stuff. We ended up getting a really good deal from Lisa on a bedroom set. I highly recommend this place if you need furniture. They have lots of recliners, couches, bedroom sets, tables and chairs. Really lovely place with the best customer service.

Do not buy their mattresses. They are horrible. Spent 700.00 on a pc of crap mattress that sags in the middle when you get on it. I tried it at the store and didn't experience it. Of course no exchanges. Buyer beware.

We Purchased a Recliner and picked special fabric; didn't expect it to come in for about 8 weeks. Recliner arrived in four weeks and we are very pleased with the quality; service was great,
