FunWorks had a Great price for all day rentals. And they delivered and picked up on time. Everything was clean and we would absolutely rent again with them. Rented tables, chairs, bouncy water slide and a cotton candy machine for our son's ultimate birthday party! Would recommend to others to use FunWorks for their part needs too! Only thing that kept me from 5 star review was Communication was all through text, And it was hard to get ahold of staff to confirm info in timely manner. Thankful it all worked out - but - I would recommend reaching out early for reservation and to be proactive about following up. Jason the owner is really nice, they were just extra busy.

DO NOT USE!!! Jason, the owner spoke with my husband and booked the reservation a month in advance. He took his credit card info over the phone. The day of the party he NO CALL NO SHOWED!!! After calling and calling leaving multiple messages and texts, he finally text back the same time the party was to begin saying the reason he did not continue with our reservation was because my husband's credit card was declined. This is NOT true! The card had never been run and the credit card company ALWAYS alerts my husband of any charges and any attempts. He also told my husband that the reason he had not responded was because they were closed for the Memorial Day weekend. The same weekend he booked our party?!He is so unprofessional that he could not even answer the phone, he had to send a text. Jason was actually off roading with his buddies this weekend and completely bailed on us. His post on Instagram proves it. We last minute called El Tio Jumper...he showed up for us in a pinch and is very professional and cleans his inflatables. Bottom line: Do not use Funworks!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! If I could leave zero stars, I would! Booked with Jason three weeks prior to my daughters third birthday party. Communicated via text message (as that is the way to confirm booking) with date, time, and photo of my credit card. I thought everything was all good. I was WRONG! The day of the party, Jason was a NO SHOW! I called Jason several times and sent a couple text messages asking when he will be delivering the jumper. After the third call HE BLOCKED ME (seen in photo). I could not get a hold of Jason AT ALL. My husband called from his phone, and Jason answered! I asked Jason where he was and when he would be delivering. HE CLAIMED TO HAVE NO KNOWLEDGE of our interactions and event! When I told him he LIED, he then called me "disrespectful" and would not let me get a word in. Jason claimed that I had done something incorrectly stating the text confirmation was "automated" but you can see there was a legitimate conversation had. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME with funworks! Jason did not take any ownership and was NOT sympathetic!! If you are looking for someone with great business service, go with Rosy's Party's. Rosy's Party's saved the day and came within an hours notice.

STAY AWAY!!!!!!!Had talked to a gentleman and had everything setup for my daughters birthday party. Was told I would get an email and call the day before. That day came and no email and no call. I emailed them from their website and called numerous times. And left messages. Heard absolutely nothing back. Not sure how you run a business with absolutely no customer service. Luckily I found BOUNCEaholics located in Galt. They stepped up and made the party happen for my daughter. Will definitely not be using Funworks ever!!!! Wish we would have checked reviews beforehand. This place is horrible. We contacted them about renting one of their inflatable mazes for a family reunion at the park. Every thing was fine over the phone until it came time to deliver. The guy came and said that he needed to get in a a different entrance and was going to move across the park to come where we were and set up. Handed him $250 cash money and we never say him again and he refused to answer any calls. He is a thief and scam artist. Do not go here. People saying that they didn't have any problems with them have to be friends or family. This place is horrible.

DO NOT USE EVER!! The chairs are in horrible condition!! Jason demanded cash on the day of delivery (after we provided a credit card). Did not provide a receipt for cash or breakdown of the cost. He said to contact office for concerns and receipt, but gave his own phone number. Jason says he is not the owner but seems to be (?). Then he said we had to email (versus call) the "owner" but no response was ever received. He just walked into our back yard to grab the tables (he only gave a two-minute notice before just walking into our back yard). I don't normally give reviews but wanted to warn others!!! I wish I had read reviews first as many seemed to have the same horrible experience! HORRIBLE!

No called no showed for my son's birthday party when I booked almost a month in advance. I tried to call and message with no response and the messages showed they were delivered since Jason uses an iPhone. Such bad business practice. Do not trust this business for your party needs because you will be disappointed. I called someone else 1 hour before the party and they were able to accommodate me.

Please do not book ANY event with this company. Jason is a liar and basically a scam artist. I booked table and chairs rental and got a text to confirm delivery the day before. I asked if I could lower the amount of tables and chairs since we had to move the event inside due to rain. He said no. He was so rude and condescending when I asked my options for cancellation. He questioned my faith and said it must be a "generational thing"??? Like sorry that I don't control the weather sir????? Anyway, I never confirmed, but he charged my card anyway. I told him I don't want to do any business with him and his terrible company. He said the "owner" would do a $50 cancellation fee and I said "ok that is all I asked for in the first place". He continued to try to call and text and ended up just charging me the full amount. Super unprofessional and disrespectful to the point that I didn't care whether he charged me or not. All I wanted was to make sure he DID NOT come anywhere near our property where the event took place. I ended up renting from Guiffra's party rentals in Lodi!

I normally don't leave reviews, but this one had to be said. I have used this company in the past bc they were gracious enough to deliver to my small town. When I used them the first time, the driver, was paid the exact amount for the jumphouse and it was counted in front of him witnessed by 2 people. He came back after 5 mins stating I shorted him $20. When I brought this to the owners attention, he asked me if it was possible my husband took money wo me knowing..(yea bc my husband is gonna steal from himself) he then stated that the driver was a pastor of a church...( sorry your title means nothing, your character does) w that being said he willingly stated he would give me a $20 credit...fast fwd to this encounter...when booking with him bc I knew no other place, the owner stated he would need my card on file...I understand this is a policy now in some businesses but w this business I get u easy so I reached out to him. No answer. I then messaged him about the reservation and he insisted I put a card on file...when I asked if that is all he needed bc I was going to just pay it right there over the phone, I got no response....so I messaged today and he stated bc he didn't hear from me they canceled my reservation. When I let him know that I reached out to him Saturday but never received an answer his response was "it's pretty clear what we needed" yes sir...when I voiced to him the reason I didn't feel comfortable doing that he left an exclamation point and then told me to "have a blessed day"wow...seems kind of strange how he was so insistent on a card on file but couldn't respond back. Anyway, the mannerism to the theft of this company...sorry, cannot be trusted. Please beware, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AND WOULD HAVE THIS COMPANY VERIFY ALL CASH TRANSACTIONS WITH U PRESENT.

STEAR VERY CLEAR FROM THIS SHADY BUSINESS. The owner Jayson is a scam artist and a clever one at that. He will personally deliver the equipment but claim he is "just the delivery guy" and try to charge more than what was originally quoted.Yesterday the owner, Jayson, delivered us a bouncy castle for my daughters birthday party. Jayson showed up and tried to up charge us upon delivery and when we pushed back he stated that he is just the delivery driver and became super defensive saying things like, "I can leave if you don't agree with the price difference!" and "The owner is an honest man and a youth pastor." While we continued to question the extra $30.00 he became so frustrated and said, "Fine! I'll pay the extra charge if you don't want to." Are you serious? He clearly is trying to get a delivery tip and it's obvious. He also mentioned that he wanted everything in cash which is smart because it's harder to trace. This man doesn't even try to cover his tracks. A simple search for his business on Facebook clearly shows him as the owner (and apparently the driver).We will be disputing the extra charge that he added upon delivery because at least that was taken via debit card and we will only be paying for what was originally quoted by the owner (who is also the delivery driver...don't be fooled). We will also be pursuing legal action because this is not how you run a business. Taking advantage of people and their money that they work hard for is a cowardly move. All-the-while being a youth pastor on Sundays...you should be very ashamed of yourself Jayson.
