This is the second time we used Funjumphouses. Great prices, easy booking, and reliable! Would recommend, will use again

Rented the Jumphouse with the water slide. Great service and the communication between me and the owner was consistent and he answered all my questions and even gave me some input on how it would work in my backyard since I thought it was too small, but it wasn't. It was easy renting, had no issues and they wrapped it up that night and took it back. I did not have to do anything. I am actually renting from them again end of this month! Thanks Elliot for wonderful service!

Another fantastic chair rental from Fun Jump Houses. Joseph delivered & picked up our chairs on time. Both he & Elliot were super friendly & easy to coordinate this rental with. I have a small facility where we have outdoor potlucks a couple times a year. Fun Jump Houses proves time & time again to be organized & reliable. I found Elliot on Facebook marketplace, he was very clear concise and responded very quickly. I had many questions and he was able to answer all of my questions. I've been looking for the right jump house for my party for weeks maybe even months... He took all the hassle out! Checking one more thing off my list to not worry about! I've thrown parties but never got a Bounce house and knew I wanted one with a slide so I decided too yelp and go with the first Bounce House renters I seen and I will say I am glad I've met this company ! They came early to set up which was a bonus because the kids got extra bounce time. Everyone loved the slides and the kids bounced themselves out safe too say they will be my go too Bounce House Renters for my parties also great and easy communication.

Super smooth delivery and pick-up! Joseph was prompt and polite. Made things very easy for me and the kids loved it. We will definitely use them for all our parties in the future!

Last month I threw a party for my daughter. I am not the greatest party planner so I emailed them a couple days before the party to see if I can rent chairs and tables . They really came threw for me. The party started late and they were able to drop off chairs a couple hours before. The only thing I would add is that they came at 10 ish at night to pick up chairs when the party was still going, I am not sure if I failed on communicating or if they did because I did not remember getting a pick up time from them. The driver was very nice and said no worries I can come tomorrow morning to get the chairs. He had a beautiful dog that tagged along with him . So overall it was a easy peasy experience.

I couldn't say nicer things about this business! I decided last minute to book a water slide for 4th of July. Booking through the website was so easy, you have the option to use a huge range of payment methods and Elliot responded super quickly to confirm my reservation.The entire process was seamless. Delivery was early, setup was quick and smooth. The slide was sparkling clean, in pristine condition, worked perfectly and was exactly as pictured. Everyone we interacted with at the company was awesome, kind and professional. We chatted about how crazy the holiday schedule was for the business and even though I'm sure they were exhausted you would have thought we were their only clients with the amount of care they took. Thanks to the whole team for making our party so fantastic! We'll definitely be renting from you again!

Decided to order from them again recently, of course another bad experience. I have given this company a lot of money in their pockets & today was the worst experience I've had.I always discuss with the owner Elliot what I wanted prior to the event.Today the jumphouse was 30 min late, came with no banner like I've asked. I reached out to him, he basically said it was my fault because of miscommunication & that they had alot of events. Even though I screenshot our previous messages to show him & he said he needed to charge me extra this time for a banner. Never has he mentioned or charged me for a banner for the jumphouse but I guess this time he needed to so I ended up without a banner. And I ordered a basic jumphouse but he brought the wrong one. I tried to contact him to tell him he ignored all my messages & basically didn't care. It's supposed to be about the customers needs when it comes to owning a business. I was very upset & surprised that this was how I was being treated as a customer who rents from him a lot even after the first bad experience. Also this time it wasn't for my own party. I recommended him to my brother so it was a fail. Sent him a final message letting him know I won't be ordering from him anymore & wouldnt recommend this company.
