frozen memories photo booth

They apparently are not seeking any new business. Left them a message several weeks ago and they never responded.

Sam and his team were great for my wedding/ engagement pictures and video! Not to mention the photo booth! They really made me feel comfortable and confident when taking the pictures! They made the process fun! However the reason why I only give them three stars is because, they gave me incomplete pictures after my wedding. And they gave me my pictures and videos 6 months after my wedding because I was practically begging him to give them to me. So I could tell they're weren't very organized or responsible. The pictures were lower quality than I thought. And when I mentioned the pictures were incomplete because the whole "at home session" of pictures before the wedding is missing, he told me that they deleted mine and had only some of my husbands session. So now it's been a whole year since our wedding and he hasn't gave them to us yet. I got married March 2019. So for anyone whose looking for a great photographer and videographer that's them! However if you want all your stuff at the end make sure to not pay them in full before you get ALL of your pictures and videos. Hold on to some of the money until they give you EVERYTHING.

Nothing but great things to say about this company. I had nothing but amazing service from start to finish. Sal answered any questions that I had, with a very fast response time. The quality of the photos were amazing. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I hired frozen memories for my Nieces HS graduation party. Sam showed up on time and got set up quickly. The party was at a winery outdoors in Discovery Bay and the wind would not let up that day. The tent Sam had was attempting to fly away even with the weights. But they didn't let that happen, I think it was Martha that held the tent the duration of the event! Wow, who does that! Sam was great with the crowd as well. Definitely hiring again for our next event! Great back drop options and design themes for photo strips. Super easy to work with & high communicator, what are you thinking about call him!

Sam went above and beyond all the time! He was always very accessible and quick to respond. It was such a relief to work with someone so conscientious and kind while going through the stresses of planning our wedding. Sam was sooooo easy to work with, so quick at delivering and did an amazing job on our template. We chose the LED wall as out background which looked much cooler than other 2D backgrounds. This definitely attracted people to use the photo booth. The pics were great and people had so much fun!The attendants were very pleasant and we loved our scrap bookWorking with Frozen Memories and Sam was a 5+/5 experience. They were by far the best vendors I worked with for the wedding. Highly highly recommend them!!!!

All of our guests, young & old, absolutely loved the photo booth! Everyone had a lot of fun with it and it gave people something fun to do. Frozen Memories Photo Booth did a great job helping us design our personalized photo booth strip, was on time for set-up, had super cool props, and the photo quality was really good. Highly recommend them!

Sam was amazing to work with from the moment I contacted him. He gave great advice on packages to choose and worked with me when I wanted to have a photo booth outside for cocktail hour and inside for the reception. We got our photos within a week of the wedding, that is amazing! You won't regret hiring this company, they are great! Don't think twice and contact them!

The owners and staff members are very courteous and professional! I would definitely hire them again!

Sam serviced my daughters Quince and everyone loved the Photo Booth. He had a variety of props and created a beautiful template for her. I would absolutely recommend him.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. If I could give 0 stars I would. My daughters 15anera was 3 1/2 years ago and I have NOT Received any of my prints. I have been calling and texting him to only get empty promises from him. I have all my texts saved to prove that he takes months to respond and only gives me dates but NO prints. HE wont answer my calls, last month I left a VM saying I was going to get the courts involved and he TEXTED me back, wasn't even professional enough to call me back. He said the prints would be mailed to me on 4/8/22, its 4/14 and I have nothing. I can't keep doing this. His services were paid in full the day of the event, 3 1/2 years ago. I have also received messages from other clients who are in the same shoes as me. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. SAVE YOUR MONEY..... HORRIBLE BUSINESS. DONT LET HIS KIND AND FRIENDLY face fool you.
