Fresh & Quick Catering

I attended an event where Fresh & Quick was catering and I must say, I was pretty happy with the service, food, and flavors we received. The catering staff showed up at a timely fashion and set everything up for us just in time for dinner.It was "buffet" style for the most part, except for the worker who was cutting the meat. We were also using real silverware which enhanced the whole feel of this event.They had everything from chicken to beef to mashed potatoes to pasta to assorted vegetables to salad and more! My favorite was the beef with mashed potatoes and gravy along with the assorted vegetables. There was plenty of food for the whole party and we were even able to get seconds! They also provided a cake for us which they cut and served themselves. The cake was pretty light and not dry at all! It was a great way to end the meal.I was super content with the dinner I had and would definitely recommend this caterer if you are in need of a caterer and on a budget.

My group was looking around places for catering and this one popped up on our searches. After seeing the menu options and choices (we have a Gluten intolerant person), we contacted Fresh & Quick and we met up in person to go over the menu options. Bill informed us of which options were Gluten Free and we were able to draft a menu for that. Throughout the entire process, Bill and Frank kept me informed on what was going on and were extremely helpful with our budget and our wants. Bill and Frank are very understanding and they will WORK WITH YOU. If your money is a bit tighter, they will come up with creative ideas to appeal to everyone. Our event occurred last night and Frank showed up with his Chef on time and helped setup the entire event. They were very professional and even helped bussed our dishes as we were nearing the end of our dinner. The food was superb and extremely delicious. Everyone commented on how Frank and his crew were absolutely professional and created delicious food. The cake design was so popular, everyone took pictures of it. It was simple, but it got our message across. I highly recommend them and hope our new initiates will consider them for future catering events.

Fresh & Quick Catering did our wedding May 26, 2017 at Wilson Vineyards. The service was excellent and Marcel worked with me so that I could have my beautiful wedding within a reasonable budget. The food and service was amazing! We picked the Ultimate Wedding Buffet with Cordon Blue Chicken and Prime Rib. We had many guests come up and compliment us on how wonderful the food was. We love to enjoy food, so having a great dinner for our guests was very important for our wedding. If you are planning a wedding or special event soon, I highly recommend using Marcel and her staff for your event. I promise you won't be disappointed :)

Fresh and Quick did a party of 60 for us. The whole process was super easy. They even had some gluten free bread for our Ciliac people. All I did was let them in and point to the table. They even set up my themed Food and gluten free labels without my asking. The food had a nice display and the servers Jessica and Shea walk on their toes serving and clearing. When I told them we had a few folks that were coming late they offered to make to go plates for them. We chose prime rib, chicken marsala with garlic mashed potatoes , green salad , and fruit salad. There were some yummy pasta and whole red potato options but this seemed to work well for our group. I have already passed their name along to some other folks!

Friendly catering staff! They served fresh food and they were extremely efficient in setting up the event.

You absolutely get what you pay for. I was planning a wedding reception on a very tight budget and Fresh and Quick met my budget. I was not looking for anything way over-the-top or uber upscale; their food fit the bill and I had a buffet with eight items for about $21 per person including the tax and gratuity.These folks catered our wedding reception at the Old Sugar Mill in Clarksburg. I received a number of quotes from different caterers and each place with the exception of Fresh and Quick catering had surcharge after surcharge after surcharge for the most unbelievable items. One local catering company even had an "administrative charge."Steve called me back promptly after I left messages and everything I asked for was something they were able to work with me on. Alina was an excellent coordinator, answered all my questions and was just all around wonderful!I will absolutely refer friends and family here and use them again!

Fresh & Quick catered our Thanksgiving Day wedding reception in Folsom. They showed up on time, had the food ready to go in the perfect quantity, and were extremely courteous. The planning process was wonderful. There were minor menu variations that we did not expect, but nobody noticed. We devoured the leftovers the next day. We definitely recommend Fresh & Quick!

Alina and the rest of the staff were more than accommodating. We had a wedding that needed to be planned in the matter of 2 1/2 months because that was when my brother n' law received his "leave" from the military. From start to finish Alina kept the lines of communication open and easy. Just like the name it was Very Fresh and super Quick. We decided to go with their Backyard Barbeque menu for our 70 person backyard wedding. Everyone said the food was great. Nothing was too rich and the flavors were simply perfect for a hot summer day. The ribs were superb.note: Maybe add grilled eggplant and/or asparagus to the grilled veggies.

Yumm! Multiple menu options. We choose the bar b question theme and it was moist chicken and delicious! The sides were plenty with fruit, roasted potatoes! Made sure glasses we're kept full. Staff very delightful and accomodating!

I emailed this company regarding catering our wedding. The initial responses were quick and courteous and interested in catering for us on the date I mentioned. After we took the time to choose our menu and committed to the pricing, we never heard back despite numerous emails from me. Rude and unprofessional.
