Smaller than Second Hand Rose next door but well laid out and the newer items up front were really cool. Picked up a few things for our daughter's new place and a few pieces for ourselves. The owner was very out going and friendly which made us feel very comfortable walking thru and asking questions.

Cute lil' smell good shop to check out even if just browsing. Love the decor. The owner is a doll and will even gift wrap for free. She also gave me and my friends return coupons- for a discount next time we visited.Pricing varies and lots of aromatherapy products, jewelery, novelty items, unique treasures etc... It's connected to a big antique store right next door.

I love this little shop! It's a true gem! I've bought so many gifts for friends and family members. Kay has such amazing one of kind items! They're very passionate and caring people! I also bought an amazing yoga bag and other yoga accessories from here.

I love their unusual gift items so went there to get a last minute extra gift for my daughter... As I went to pay, I noticed that the owner did not have on a mask as the pandemic is raging in San Joaquin County. I asked her if she had something against masks and she replied that she did not but that she didn't wear one in her shop.. I asked her if she had one that she could put on as I told her that I was an older person and would possibly die if I caught the virus. She said that she did not and said nothing else...The shop also did not have a plastic shield to protect me from whatever could possibly come from her mouth... I was appalled by her lack of concern for her customers and sadly to say that I shall never shop there again....A mask is not a political statement but protects others from getting the virus and also helps Lodi Health Care workers who are overworked from trying to save the lives of those who have the virus...Please show concern for your fellow humans! Love LoveLove this place! my hubby were on our way for a bite to eat when he pulled right in front of this cute little shop! Immediately my eyes were drawn to this cute sweater hanging from a rack that said..All sweaters $10! Are you serious? Uno momento baby.. its shopping time. As I rummaged through this rack of eclectic array of clothing, I find another jewel! Score!!! Twenty bucks, I'm good! Then I walked in and it blew my mind! There were so many cute things in there and immediately I felt like I was back in France .. or at least what I imagine. From jewelry, to cards, to soaps, lotions, baby items, scents, I mean I am not doing it any justice! See my picks! You have to go! It's my new gift shop! Everything is unique and lots of one of a kind items! Very reasonable and the owner (crap I forgot her name..darn wine) is the cutest person ever! Oh yeah.. I left out spending $30.. found something else on my way to the counter!

We stopped by here twice, in one day. The first time we didn't buy anything and as we walaaked by again I told my husband "I want to buy something from here" and we went back in. Cute little one woman run shop. I am a supporter of locally owned businesses and I love little shops that are jam-packed with goodies that allow my eys to wonder. Kay's shop does not disappoint. And it smelled GLORIOUS when I walked in!!! I didn't know what I exactly my nose zoomed in in because she has soaps, candled, lotions and hand creams that gave my sensenof smell a PARTY!!!! I knew I couldn't buy them all so and just when I thought I'd leave without nuying anything, I spied 2 butterfly scarves. I couldn't choose between the colors she had displayed. Just as I was rolling the decision in my mind, Kay ran in the back room and cane back with a robin's egg blue scarf with butterflies and a purchase was made. Kay was polite and attentive. We clicked instantly and when I go back to Lodi, I'll stop back in to see her.

cashier said items from her store needed to be purchased from her and from the carpet beyond is her daughters store. I held onto an item I was going to purchase and said I'll be back to pay for my item I was going to look around her daughters side of the store. not even 5mins later she comes up to me and sayss "I just wanna make sure you are not going to put that item in a spot where I wouldn't be able to find it" so I speak loudly saying I'm ready to purchase the item" and she says "No you do not need to but the item right now I am not accusing you of stealing I just want to make sure the item is not misplaced" so I say again "I am ready to buy the item now" if I needed to purchase the item before going to her daughters side of the store she should of just said that before I kept shopping! just RUDE! I still bought the item but that will be the last time I come here!

I don't live in Lodi, I 'm here several times a year to visit. French at Heart is the store that I must visit at least once. I love the lotions,soaps and beauty products. There are also antiques and collectibles galore. Kay,the owner, is usually there to great you and explain products and their use. I love this store!!

The owner doesnt wear a mask small businesses want support but youre putting my family in jeopardy. Ill support the businesses that follow the mandates and actually care about the customers well being.
