Great selection of clothing at best prices. Linda is friendly and helpful. My best friend and I live shopping at Foxy 23. We get lots of compliments when we were clothes purchased at this store.

You know this place is in the hood because there's a Food 4 Less and a 99 cent Store right next door. LOL!!! Foxy's is one of those hoochie stores that sells clothes that you see on the chicks that stand on the corner of Wilson Way looking for "work". My kids love this store but not for the clothes. You can get cheap jewelry and hair accessories here. I took my kids this afternoon and here are some the things that we got: Tank tops 3 for $9, earrings $1.25, necklace $1.99, headband $1.99, belt $4.99. I mean seriously, where else can you find cheaper prices? Just don't try to come here at night unless you're shopping for something else, if you know what I mean ::wink:: ::wink::

This place is awesome. I love right next to it and the clothes are NOT only for the hookers nearby. Their clothes are so cute and form fitting which I was not expecting. The only reason I have them 4 instead of 5 stars is because they seem to run out of smalls in the cutest stuff and I can't fit a medium so I miss out on some of their really great stuff. Super cheap and absolutely cute clothes. The staff is really helpful too. When I was there there was a little lady who I think is the owner, behind the counter and she was so helpful and even told my sister she looked "so cute" in a top she tried on. I would like if they were better stocked but other than that I love this store. I wish they had a website!!

came in about a year ago to look around after shopping at sally beauty. i was looking at the makeup by the cash register when an older hispanic woman who worked there came up to me speaking spanish. i didn't know what she was saying because i'm asian and don't speak spanish at all. i figured she was asking to look through my purse and thought i was stealing because she kept pointing at my purse. i turned to the english speaking cashier and asked "does she think i'm stealing" to which she responded yes. i walked up to the counter and showed her the inside of my purse and bought the lip liners in my hand. i regret spending any money at this establishment and left feeling racially profiled.

I went in to this little boutique to find a blouse & one of their workers named Daniella was amazing! Very friendly & helpful & made my experience such a pleasure. Definitely will be returning.
