Two strikes, and I'm done with Fairfield Ford. First, they dropped off my brand-new 2024 Mach-E with only 5 miles of battery. Now, a few months later, I scheduled a service appointment online for 7 AM. I even called on Saturday to confirm they'd be there Monday morning. Come Monday, no one shows up--I had to call them myself to figure out what was going on. On my second call, I learned they don't even service my area, and to top it off, their mobile service isn't equipped to handle the service I scheduled through their own system. Ford makes great vehicles, but clearly, not all dealerships are created equal. Hard pass on Fairfield Ford--take your business elsewhere.

Omg! From dropping my car off with Ana to having it delivered by Beth, this was thee most amazing car experience I've ever had. A lyft driver took me home. A while later, I received a video showing the technician working on my car. I've never had anything like that before. That was so cool! I received text messages with updates all along the way and Beth, who delivered my car was fantastic. Thank you Ford Fairfield for a wonderful car service appointment. You all are great!

Send help! They have had my 2022 f550 work truck held hostage since Dec 13, 2024. I had it brought in for transmission issues. The truck only has 40,000 miles on it. Now it has had two transmissions, wiring harness and computer put in it and it not only does not drive, as of 2/25/25 it would not even run. I have heard " we're hoping it'll be done Friday " for about two months now. At least a broken clock is correct twice a day...

I took my car in to be seen about a rattle noise in the strut assembly. I'd listened to the car for a month and tested the car for noise before turning it in. In addition, I'd been on several forums with other people who have my exact make, model, and year car having the same issue. I asked them to investigate using a noise, vibration, and harshness (NVH) tool. After a week, I called in to get info about the progress. They told me they were taking apart my cargo area trying to identify the rattle. (There was no rattle there and they did nothing to the cargo area). They did not perform the test I had asked and did not check the strut assembly.Then I go in 3 days later because they said it was done. But when I showed up at the agreed upon time with the service rep, that we had been going back and forth on text about, the service rep and tech had taken their lunch. No one else offered to help me, so I had to come back later in the day (because we all have schedules and things we have to get done).Later that day, I found that they had done nothing to fix the rattle and the tech after riding with me agreed on my original suspicions. I left upset my car was still going to be unavailable to me.THEN they decided to close out my original request for service and open a new one for a "new" issue to make themselves look better to management and not have a car for so long on one one ticket. After that I asked for my car back, no further "work" to be done. When I finally got the car, took it home and washed all the white spots from their terrible car wash, I find that a brand new to the metal scratch is on the hood and tons of micro abrasions are on the right side (from their shitty car wash)!!!I will not be back for service, or to buy a car, EVER. Not only did they not fix my car, but handed my less than 4K miles brand new car back in WORSE condition!

I didn't see the response until now (thanks for that). Sorry I didn't get to it sooner we. My friend ended up finally getting a refund plus free service to fix what was actually wrong once they realized it was their error. It was clear the damage was just done though as far as the toll it had taken on my friend and the family. Hopefully, things have improved since then with customer service. My friend got a new car (different maker). So, I've started using the Ford dealership in Davis for mine and so far, they are great and it's been worth it!
