Knowledgeable, realistic, decent pricing for a store. My husband and I have purchased handguns and ammo a couple times. As a woman, it's important to me to be comfortable with the employees. I have found them to be serious but not macho or degrading in any way. I find the environment for a gun store to be friendly and honest! We will be loyal customers!

They had great customer service and great prices! Big selection of goods and guns including some nice used guns.

First time in this store and it was such a pleasant experience! The store is spacious and well stocked with a variety of the things you may need. The staff is extremely helpful and not pushy at all - my husband wanted to get something within a budget and William, the associate who helped us, checked their stock thoroughly and provided us with different options so we could make the decision ourselves. Very friendly staff and that made the shopping trip a 5-star experience. We will be back for sure!

So you said you're employee helped me, the big round guy, but then in the same breath that you told me something? Get your lies straight, and all i wanted was 3" shells and 9mm and your boy looked at me like Iost my mind. Uninformed and unfriendly, I mean you guys have a 3 1/2 star rating in a red county and your the only gun shop around my guy how sad. I will gladly go to much more superior shops in sacramento from now on, thanks for the advice pal!

I've been in the store a few times. Bill and his son were very inviting and acknowledged me as soon as I walked in. They immediately mentioned to let them know if I needed any help. The store is very clean, organized and shows a family oriented atmosphere apon arrival. Win win for Jackson!!

The men that work there are rude and not very girl friendly. I have ordered a Smith and Wesson for over 2 months every time I go in There is somebody picking one up And the continue telling me they're back ordered I think they're full of shit and I don't recommend them at all.

This was my second time in Foothill firearms and both times the people behind the counter were very helpful with my questions. This time in particular I came in to get my rear sight on my Glock centered as I did not have it on all the way. They not only did it for me but did it for no cost. Will definitely be back next time I'm in the area!

Fast, friendly. These people are professionals. That also means if your paperwork isn't in order, sorry. If you're a regular registered buyer I haven't had a better buying experience
