Service was great, immediately sat down offered me chips and salsa and then asked if I wanted something to drink. Food just brought to my table and it is delicious!!! Handmade corn tortillas ( they also make flour by hand). Ordered Machaca.Good portions..Only minus is, they only gave me two tortillasSmall place but very clean. I will be back

We were in the area and craving for some Mexican food. I ordered take out for us, a Super Burrito and Chile Verde. The lady said it will be ready in 10 mins. Once I arrived, the restaurant was very busy during lunch. All of the table were taken so I believe the food is very good. The lady said my order would take another 5 mins so I had to wait. I didn't mind since they are very busy. The super burrito was huge so I wasn't able to finish it. The steak was cooked well, not over or under cooked. My wife enjoyed the Chile Verde too. Only con we wished there were more veggies. My burrito mainly had meat and beans so you couldn't really taste the other ingredients. I do wish they added more sour cream.

So a coworker talked about Fondita as "The best Chilaquiles I've ever had" so asked the wife out for a date. Oh boy was that a great decision. Salsa and chips dropped immediately, salsa was blended, and tasty. Ordered gravy to dip them into. Creamy, flavorful served pipping hot. My wife ordered the enchiladas, you get 3 in your order and can mix and match so she got 2 chicken, 1 cheese. She says it was delicious. The homemade flour tortillas on the side took it over the top for her. I ordered the Super burrito with carne asada. The meat was so on point I am pleased to say. Tender bits and crispy bits seasoned PERFECTLY. Comes with beans, rice, your choice of meat, sour cream and cheese. I absolutely loved my meal. It was longer than my hand (XXL gloves) and bigger around than my forearm. I'm not a small man and know how to eat, I couldn't finish my dinner. Service was excellent, not only our waitress but literally every server in the house took care of anything we needed or asked for. When we walked in, only one other table was seated but that changed quickly. A four top then a six top came in shorty after we did. Staff didn't ship a beat. They also served more than a few food delivery drivers. We wanted for nothing, I love great service and they delivered. The tables were clean, decor was simple and inviting.So the ultimate question, will we be going back?ABSOLUTELY YES! So many more menu items to try! Thanks to the staff and owners for such a pleasant experience, you will be seeing us again soon.

Second time getting delivery. Picked up last time. UNREAL. It's delicious and HOT every time. The tortillas heat up my hands I have to play hot potato. How could you not love that. The people that work here are top notch. Great vibes.

Great food, price was right only issue is the location is sketchy. I ordered the combo meal with a chicken tostada, chicken enchilada and beef chimichanga. Food came out hot and fast and delicious.

Local small business with homemade tortillas! Amazing food! The salsa they serve on table is delicious and fresh. 10/10. The chips taste like from a bag 6/10. The combination fajitas were so good! Came out sizzling hot. Full of flavor from the grilled vegetables. 11/10 better than delicious! Enchiladas (chicken) gravy is delicious! 9/10 lack of cheese so minus one point but still delicious! Crispy chicken taco excellent! 10/10. Rice is 7.5 out of ten. Good but not great. Beans 10/10 homemade flour tortillas are huge! Beyond delicious 100/10. Best I have ever had! There are several servers and the business is pretty small inside but they stayed consistently busy and seating remained full without turning guests away or having them wait for a table. The ambiance is traditional and resembles the culture. Parking is abundant. Overall this place is a hidden gem! I'm so glad I was able to try their food and will be going back again and again!

Chorizo n asada are smackin! This is my new go to restaurant. Definitely top 3 Mexican breakfast spots in stockton.

Highly recommended Mexican restaurant here in Stockton. Love the quality and service of this place. Only been open 2 years and I'm glad I went with the reviews. We will be coming back.
