What a delightful experience. I believe the gals name was Sue that took my order and Jamie arranged it. Every flower I requested was used, they didn't skimp on anything. This was for our friends 60th Wedding Anniversary and I couldn't ask for a more gorgeous arrangement. I ma down in the Bay Area so took a chance after reading their great Yelp reviews and now I can agree. Great florist, exquisite work.

I called Flowers By Fairytales, and Jamie answered the phone. I explained that I needed a sympathy plant delivered. I wanted a house plant. She was kind enough to tell me what she had and even went beyond that and said I'll send over a picture to you, and you can see the plant. I said yes, please. Jamie added her extra touches to this beautiful plant and delivered it the same day. That's customer service #1Thank you.

I initially found FBF on line, read some reviews and decided to walk in to the business to discuss the picture of the bouquet my daughter wanted for her upcoming wedding. I also reached out to three other companies and requested "quotes" which ranged anywhere from 200-230. The day I walked in I was greeted by Jamie, who was friendly and talkative. We talked about the bouquet and she had some ideas - adding some mini Calla Lillies and some greenery. She provided a pic of a bouquet she recently worked on, which was what we were looking for - flowers tight together with some wisps. She provided an ESTiMATE OF 175-200. That was perfect and I told Jamie i would bring in my daughter the upcoming Friday. Jamie said if the appointment was too long, we would be charged 50, that price going to the bouquet. That was fine.Friday comes and we come in and her demeanor was so different! She was short and testy. We talked about the flowers and the design based on the picture. Then she quoted 250!!! I said you provided an estimate of 175-200. She basically denied that, but discounted the bouquet to 200. My daughter was put off by Jamie and her attitude toward us and she wanted to walk out, which we should have. But we ordered and I just didn't feel right.Fast forward to the wedding day, I called and spoke with Jamie, she said the bouquet was beautiful and actually added 12 Calla Lillies. I'm like wow, the large Calla Lillies will be stunning. So when I walked in the shop, there was another customer, an attendant walked me over to the cooler to get the bouquet, to my surprise it was very loose and sparse and they were all mini flowers. So I thought maybe it's just the way it looks from the top. The attendant went to the back to ask Jamie a question, but Jamie never came back out, I'm thinking because this was not at all what our vision was or even worth what I had paid.I got home and it was WORSE than I could have imagined. The bouquet was loose and the flowers weren't centered and were facing all different directions. I'm like the wedding is in an hour there is nothing we can do!! However I did call FBF and expressed my displeasure and the attendant said she would have Jamie call me. Well I never received a call, we had a horribly misshapen and over priced bouquet, but the wedding went on. Just the lack of communication after I picked it up was sad. I have a feeling that the second interaction with her dictated how horribly she put the bouquet together and that is really sad. If you didn't want to do it, please just say so. I actually could have done a better job myself!So the case in point - I should have received an invoice outlining the flowers for the bouquet to insure we were on the same page. However on my recipe it said "Calla Lillies" NOT "Mini Calla Lillies". Relles had quoted me 230 for my daughter's vision bouquet and I will never again go with someone I don't know, especially when there are mixed reviews on the business. The bouquet was a total waste of 200, it was worth half that at the most

Ordered flowers then received a text stating the driver supposedly was on his way to deliver the flowers. I then receive a text stating my order was cancelled because of the business. Horrible!

Buyer beware. My daughter sent me a tulip flower arrangement for Mother's Day. I received the arrangement on Sat, gave the flowers a cut on Sunday with fresh water. Two of the twelve partially opened. The rest started to die. Called flower shop and was told that tulips don't last and they start dying within two days. What! I looked on website and no where are you alerted to the fact that the flowers will start dying after two days. The woman I spoke to said she was sorry but that's what happens to tulips. I'm sure my daughter spent over $50. Never doing business with this flower shop.
