I ordered flowers online as a get well for a friend who had surgery. She said she received flowers, but the card enclosed offered condolences, instead of the cheery get well message I'd included. It was also signed with someone else's name. She thought they'd been delivered to her by mistake since the family of a nearby neighbor had experienced a death in their family. She gave them to that family. What a comedy of errors! That's when I discovered that they don't have a listed phone number. They don't respond to emails at the email address they advertise. I'm not even sure the flowers my friend received..and gave away, were the right ones. I know the card was not. I DO NOT recommend using this service. It's a gamble. They do not have customer service! No way to resolve issues. Service recovery is not part of their business practice.

Wow, I found this florist online, relatively near my home and placed a phone order for my mother's 92nd birthday. I should have refused to take delivery. First, a corsage doesn't belong in a take away container. I was late back to work and in shock at the smell and appearance of the shop. Not for me, incense and food, TV blasting above the counter. I threw the corsage away. I asked for blush roses and orchids. I received carnations in cream and coral. I wish I'd used a dried one from Safeway, they were nicer by leaps and bounds. Needless to say, I had to go elsewhere to obtain a corsage.

Never EVER use this florist. My brother in law passed. I ordered a standing spray for my brother-in-law's funeral. They DID NOT CALL ME. Instead, they sent me an email with a credit and no explanation. If I could give them a negative star and one was available they would get it. I attached what I paid for and what my mom got. I paid for the most expensive and there were 5 roses, 2 purple flowers, 3 of those little red ones and the rest was semi filled in with the white ones. I paid over 100 dollars, I wish I could've gave a better review but if you want a bang for your buck order from belles in lodi. I live in Colorado and order my mom flowers for mother's day every year and I could just tell on her face she was a little disappointed but trying to act like she wasn't. Ended up ordering a second bouquet from belles to make her happy.

I'm very disappointed with this company. I paid for a special same day delivery of flowers and chocolates and paid extra for the same day service - my flowers were only delivered---- no candy! I was on zoom when the flowered were delivered - I immediately contacted the company to see what happened- they were out of stock for the candy??? - while placing the order why did their system allow me to order- it should have notified me that they were out of stock the rep offered to give a $10.00 coupon -- I asked if I reorder something NOW can it be delivered today-- rep said there delivery cut off was 3pm WOW it was only 3:10!!,, This company obviously does not have their customers at heart as this was a special day for my friends.... They didn't offer my same day service charge returned either!!! I should have just used Grub-hub and had 30 min delivery included service. With the fight for busy - I'll check Yelp reviews first and go with a more reputable company.

Best customer service ever!!! I needed to get a wreath made for a dear friend of mine that had past and within 20 mins, they made it for me. They were so sweet and polite! I knew they were busy with flowers for Mother's Day weekend but they dropped everything to help me with the wreath because I had to be at the funeral service in 30 mins. I highly recommend everyone to go here. Great customer service and great people. Will definitely come back!

I picked out a nice gift basket with fruit, cheese, and chocolate to send to my boss. I shared the photo and description with my colleagues and collected some money to pay for it. I texted the company after they notified me that the basket was delivered and they sent me a photo of a totally different basket with no fruit, cheese, or chocolate. The basket was very cheap looking and there was a bunch of crap from Safeway, including a bunch of nasty meat and non-gourmet crackers. My boss sent me a close-up of the delivery and it was more cheap stuff. I contacted the company and they said they would not reimburse me for delivering the cheaper version instead of the expensive one I paid for.

Extremely unsatisfied! I ordered a spray and garland for my father's viewing service's. First off I had issues with finding the garland because it was attached to the spray. When I detached the garland from the spray, the spray was extremely small and looked as if the top half of the spray way missing. Then when I tried to place the garland on the casket it wouldn't lay flat because it was curved from being attached to the spray. I also asked for a ribbon that said beloved father and grandfather, THEY WROTE IT BY HAND WITH BLACK MARKER! Charged me $30.00 for it. In total I spent $260.00. I was disappointed and embarrassed by their work. I will never use this florist again. They are a ripoff! My picture is of spray and garland together, imagine the top half of the missing when detaching the garland. I deserve some of my money back

If I could give 0 stars I would, I ordered a flower arrangement for my husband to be sent to his job on Valentine's Day . They didn't have the requested vase I chose, and emailed me saying they didn't have the vase I wanted in stock and if I wanted another one they had I said yes that's fine just give me something equal to the Value I paid for. the amount I paid was around $54 including the delivery fee. They didn't deliver the arrangement to his job first off , 2nd when I called around 4:30 pm the lady said they should have done it, but didn't I told her they were closed now could they just deliver it our house , she said sure what's the address I sent it to her then 20 mins later she texted me saying the delivery guys left for the day can see deliver it tomorrow , I said no, can I pick it up , I went and picked it up and the place was literallya street away from my house! Why couldn't she deliver it!' So I get there and go inside to see this small ass vase with a small ass plant inside and she made a bouquet of flowers for me that was way bigger the the one bought ! I will never go here again , the lady was nice , but for the service to be like this shouldn't have happened !

I placed an order for a birthday flower delivery this morning around 7:30 am. My flowers were not delivered to my recipient until 7pm. Now I understand things happen and times can get busy... but come on. No email or phone call saying the delivery may be delayed. No communication at all actually. I ended up having to try and search for a telephone number (because there is not one included on their website or google, only on their Instagram) around 4:30pm because I had no idea what was going on. It's kind of pointless for someone to receive a birthday delivery at the end of the day. They were very kind when I called to find out why my purchase hadn't been delivered. When they were finally delivered I had the person I purchased them for send me a picture. Below is a picture of what I ordered and a picture of what was received. I was emailed right after the purchase and told that some substitutions would be made but this is absurd. I reached out and requested a refund because of how absolutely horrendous my experience was and how dissatisfied with their product I was. They told me that refunds were not available and sent me a picture of the flowers at the time of delivery that looked exactly the same as what I got except MAYBE the good side. Hardly any blue in the entire arrangement and the name of the arrangement is literally called "beyond blue bouquet". I paid over $50 (including $15 delivery for it to be delivered incredibly late) for something I could have put together for $10 from Walmart. Please do your research before purchasing flowers online that you won't get to approve before being sent. It's a waste of your time and money. I learned the hard way.
