Fleet Feet - Stockton

I have visited this store a few times but have not interacted with the staff due to the crowds. A friend had been urging me to try Hoka Shoes for their comfort while running. When I finally came in, Brian assisted me and explained the usual foot scanning process, which I was not keen on since I just wanted to purchase shoes. However, he was very knowledgeable about the options I inquired about. We identified a pair I thought I liked, but it felt a bit tight. He encouraged me to undergo the foot scan, which provided insights into the fit, leading him to recommend a different pair that turned out to be fantastic. I appreciate Brian's patience with my indecisiveness, especially during my pregnancy. I wore the new shoes for a walk today, and they felt wonderful. The store itself was clean and quiet, which was a welcome relief after a long workday. I also bought a pair of running socks, but unfortunately, they kept slipping off while I walked, so I wasn't satisfied with them, but I've already recommended 4 friends to this store. Lastly just want to add I also caught the shoes while they were on sale and everyone appreciates a good deal.

I had a quick and nice experience getting my feet scanned and shoe recommendation. Staff always friendly and approachable I never feel pressured to purchase anything, I feel more informed, all folks who want happy healthy feet should go here. It's worth the money to invest in yourself. $80+ so worth it. Fleet feet does good for our community they have my support! I've sent many friends and families to them

I went to this store today. I planned to buy 2 pairs of Hoka shoes. There were 3 young men working. They never greeted me or acknowledged me as I walked through the store with a shoe of theirs in my hand. None of them ever looked up at me or apologized for the delay. I will order my shoes online and never try to give this local place $400 worth of business. Customer service training is needed big time!

Just bought my second pair of Hoka Bondi 7. This time a black and pink pair. So cute! Again, Alicia is my go-to for superior customer service. Even though it was her day off, she had my new Hoka's waiting for me to pick up. Located in the Lincoln center with plenty of parking and lots of shops to visit.

I came for shoes that can support my pronation, bunions, and flat feet. Aidan was my sales rep that helped me through the selection/buying process. He scanned my feet to pull valuable information about how probated my ankles are, recommended sizes for each foot, etc. This information along with my needs for a shoe helped him provide many options to choose from. We tried different options of shoes from different brands as well as different insoles with different grades that will ultimately make me feel comfortable and support my needs. He was very patient and knowledgeable with the products and helped me feel confident when buying my shoe. This service was extremely valuable and has set higher expectations for me when I determine to buy shoes moving forward. Thank you for your help and great service Aidan! In there a week ago to find new comfortable shoes for walking since I have flat feet and plantar fasciitis . Alexis was great and took my measurements and recommended what would work. So many styles but I settled for one that worked and I loved the style.

Steve Estrella is fantastic! Super knowledgeable, friendly, relatable, and trustworthy.. he measured my foot, understood my issue, was brand-agnostic, let me try several options, and just focused on my needs and asked me questions to help me find the best fit. Plus he goes to my gym, so he knows the workout I do!

I agree with many others that customer service sucks. Came in yesterday & not greeted, then customers after said something about signing in after no one helped them. Not sure if there was a sign in sheet. I just helped myself to trying on the display shoes about 20 minutes & came home to order the shoes & inserts online. I didn't talk to an entire employee my whole time there. Not even a hi or thank you for coming in. I usually don't write reviews, but guess they make enough. They did do a good job with the customers they were already helping. I won't be back. I'll order online.

went in today to buy Books shoes, I walked in and there was one sales person on the floor but he never looked up or even acknowledged me I looked around for a few minutes and still nothing so I walked up to him and asked if he was the only one working he said no but him and the other associate were busy helping other customer. Terrible customer service!I left and went online to order my shoes.

The young man who helped me here was kind, knowledgeable, and provided information that helped me make my purchase. He made multiple recommendations to find products that fit my needs. I would buy running shoes from here again. They also take great care of their customers long term with emails and updates on sales and local running groups! I love that. It makes me feel like part of the running community.
