I visited for the first time yesterday. I had a last minute need to change venue to host a party in less than one week.The manager was so kind and attentive and answered all my questions ( I had a bunch) I tried the food - club sandwich. It was tasty. The patrons were friendly and seemed happy. The service was prompt and friendly. The ambiance was fun.I look forward to having our Foothill High School 40th Class Reunion Pre-Reunion Mixer on Friday June 28th at FLB Sports Bar. Awful customer service and management. I was there a weekend ago. No one was there. Still impossible to just order a simple beer. And despite having 50 tvs and only 20 or so people in there, the manager gave me major attitude for asking to turn on the WNBA Finals. I get football is primary but she only turned it on in a strange corner of the place. Pretty pathetic when there were so many open TV. This place has gone way downhill. Don't go there.

The sausage wasn't cooked all the way or got contaminated. I ate nothing else so there was no other option of what made me sick. I def got food poisoning from the sausage. My son and his friends seemed happy with their chicken strips, fries & mozzarella sticks. Maybe that would have been a safe bet to eat. I wish I had had a better experience with their food. I'll probably just stick to sodas if we go bowling here again.

Literally had the worst whiskey sour of my life. Tasted like citric and battery acid sans the foamy top or cherry. I drank a fourth of it and ditched it.It was a busy night, all pool tables were full, crowd seemed nice, place has potential but it's a no for me.

FLB is by far one of my favorite spots for bowling. I'm always greeted with the most friendly people and always tended to in a respectful manner. I bowl a lot, I think that I have probably hit up FLB twice a week for as long as I can remember. It's such a nice environment and they keep it very clean. They have a nice selection at the bar for ciders which I love and if you want a break for a moment, you can just slip over into the bar for a nice little dark speakeasy moment. Definitely a go to spot.

Unfortunately, FLB staff does not treat their loyal customers with respect. Struggles with communication & appreciation.. Holds a lane then gives it up without informing you. Front desk lady will demonstrate an attitude if you ask for a refund. The manager appears to support the unprofessional behavior. FLB staff need additional training on how to treat their customer. My family and I ended up going to the APEX. PS. Mark Pro Shop is awesome and absolutely recognizes his loyal customers. FLB staff, please request advice from Mark on business behavior techniques towards customers. Thank you!
