Flashbacks Photography

My son had his senior pictures done in the summer and here it is graduation next month and these people have not called me, and now am I out 200.00 and no pictures? I would not take pictures here.

I remember the "old flashbacks"...I say old because, I was young when I went there for my senior pictures, and my cousin's picture was one of the big ones they had displayed on the walls. It was cool...back than, it felt professional and organized.My son had his senior pictures done here a few weeks ago...the new location looks...well sorta like crap.It is dingy in the front office, when you go in, there is this wiener dog that must belong to the owner, that runs around barking and growling at you. The ladies that work the front desk are rude, and could care less about anything you have to say.We paid over $500.00 and this was for one of the cheapest packages!I wish we would have went to Fritz Chin, at least they are kind to you...Flashbacks, you are not the only place in town, I wish you could see that a little niceness and a less bitchy dog, may make people not negative YELP you!It is like none of you really care about your customers, because you feel that they have to come there for yearbooks pics.....there is a choice, and I regret mine right now.

Flashbacks is terrible for pictures I had my son's senior pictures taken and I'm not happy with them at all. I wish I would have searched around before making my decision.

I took my daughters senior pictures there because this is who her high school uses. When I went in there I tiold them I was not getting senior pictures for her because I could not afford them. I was told by staff there that in order for her picture to be in the year book I would have to pay the $50 sitting fee. I paid the fee so her picture could be in the yearbook. a few weeks later they called me to go there and pick out which picture I wanted so I did. now towards the end of the year I find out that I did not have to pay the $50 sitting fee that they did do free ones for the yearbook. I called and spoke to Trisha explained to ther that I was told I had to pay the sitting fee and since I went in and picked out what picture i wanted that they would not refund me my money. I asked to speak to the owner she saqid she would have one of them callme back. she called me back later that day and told me she spoke with the owner and he said he would not refund my money it would go toward a senior package which I told them I could not afford. I asked Trisha to have the owner call me back so I can talk to him and I still have not to this day spoken with him. this happened 4 days agao!!! I would NEVER USE these people!!!!! I am talking to the higfhschool to see if they will change to someone more professional!!!!!

This place is HORRIBLE!!! I miss the old Flashbacks when it was the older owner from 15 years ago. The new owner is very rude and very UNPROFESSIONAL. They have people there that instead of taking your kids pictures with professionalism they just joke around a lot and don't do a good Job. I took my son to take his senior picture because unfortunately that is who the school picked. And when my son was taking his picture he came out really upset because the lady taking his picture all she did was make jokes and kept making him laugh when all he was trying to do was take his pictures. When he was done he was up set and said he knows his pictures were not going to come out nice. So today we went to go look at them and just like he said.. The picture all came out not nice... He was laughing basically on all of them. I was really upset and told the lady that it was unprofessional for the person taking his pictures to make my son laugh when these pictures are not cheap and it is for a very important moment in our lives. My sons graduating.... So I told her I want him to retake his pictures she said ok it will be $10 for each sitting. I was like what??? I have to pay again when I already paid $40 for nothing.. it was not my fault that lady made my son laugh and don't feel I have to pay again. The lady looked at me like I was stupid. I told her let me speak to your manager. And with a disgust look on her face she said I am the owner... WOW For being the owner she is very unprofessional and rude. She said I don't see nothing wrong with the pictures. I told her of course not, she would say that. I told her well I do that is my son and I know the difference between smiling and laughing and he is laughing and I don't feel I have to pay for another seating when her unprofessional photographer did this. She said well she was trying to make him feel comfortable. I told her trust me my son is comfortable he has done modeling and he is great at taking pictures.... And these are ugly.. for as much money as you charge they should of been professionally taken. And they weren't I am very upset with this company and just want to advice everyone Don't go there and if you do just do the year book sitting and that's it. DO NOT BUY PICTURES FROM THEM!!! They are too expensive and not good quality. They are very rude in there and unprofessional. They changed it all up in there and it is very small. They receptionist eats at the desk in the front and they have a dog running around in the place. How are you going to have a dog at a SO CALL PROFESSIONAL Photography place. Seriously they are going to loose a lot of business for not being professional for being rude and for not working with us as customers. I will make sure to let all my friends know not to buy pictures there! If you have to take a picture there for your senior year book. Just do it for that. Its not worth buying pictures there!!! I will definitely find another place to take my son to take senior pictures and for a better price too! And another thing you are better off taking your own pictures with your own camera.. Trust me they will come out way better too!!!!

They are unprofessional. They don't think. If they care about what customers say, there wouldn't be so many upset people like us. They are rude, and not thinking of making customers happy at all. Because they don't have to. They get lots of customers every year for yearbook photo. I wish school cares a little bit for their students and families if the business is decent or not before they make contract. It is not fair contract for tight budget families also that photo studio which is not your choice to charge so much, and if you don't pay your senior kid's picture is not on the yearbook.(School ID photo is fine)This place"flashbacks' did not listen or even care what I ordered on the phone for my son's yearbook photo.When we went back, the lady says, "I'm sorry about confusion. retake fee is $10." It was not "confusion". It was your mistake. Disgusted by the way they treat us, we didn't feel like retaking, but just get out of there. The front of this studio/office looks OK, but you can tell how they treat people if you go into their bathroom. It is a mess.

This place is horrible!! They took my daughters photos as a freshman this year in August! today is Nov. 14th and i still do not have her school pictures! They couldnt even find her photos and said they had to send them out for printing and i would have them in 7-10 business days! I have always had Lifetouch as our photographer and I cant believe Manteca High uses this place! they ALWAYS have their answering service on. It's terrible! You are better off taking your own photos! DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!! Shame on Manteca High for even considering this place too!
