The quality was not the same compared to the last time. Fries were not fresh, almost like refried again and the burger didn't taste the same. The employee at the register was great, polite, didn't look bored, took his job seriously.The quality is not the same.

Today I picked up my 10 year old nephew and wanted to treat him to a nice burger and fries. We decided on Five Star since it's closest to the house. After ordering our food through the drive-threw, we got home and started to enjoy our lunch. Suddenly I noticed my nephew cough up his food and spat it out. He at this time had very strange look on his face as his mouth was wide open. My nephew began to pull a long strand of hair out of his mouth. A look of disgust and fear was on his face when he suddenly began to cry. I am beyond devastated, disgusted, and furious. To have someone's hair in your food. But it's a different level of disgusting to pull someone's hair out of your mouth.I most definitely would not be ever going back to any Five Star Burger restaurant.

Hey hey.. this is a generic burger. No complaints.. Except. When I pay 15 dollars for burger, fries, drink. Come on, folks, the burger was very thin. I know meat is expensive. But you got me in the door, please don't make me feel like you're not giving me my moneys worth. Dazel me with a decent piece of meat.

finally decided to try this spot out & truly disappointed...went in drive thru & the pictures on screen are very deceiving; paid $40 for sad, skimpy burgers -flavor wasn't even there, tasted all buns & meat. thin ass onions, thin ass tomatoes (or should i say tomato since i only had one thin slice), & barely any lettuce. *save your money & go to jack n the box next door!! at least they're not greedy with their veggies portion
