Fits Your Fancy Ponies

I hired Fits Your Fancy Ponies for my sons 1st birthday. I figured since he is only going to be one once, I might as well go all out. The pony arrived right on time, accompanied by two gentlemen who were more than courteous and very professional. All of the children were able to ride at least 2 or 3 times and had their pictures taken with the pony. It was a wonderful experience!! I had Sheena bring her petting zoo to my daughter's 3rd birthday. We had a range of kids from about a year old all the way to age eight. It was hard to think of something that would interest everyone but the petting zoo was a hit. Really cute animals -- little ducks, bunnies, guinea pigs, a goat and pig, and these amazing chickens covered in all down feathers. Great picture opportunity, especially for the really little ones. No clean up or setup on our end. Sheena took care of everything. Really was the easiest part of the party.

I was planning a party for my son's 7th birthday and was looking to do something different. I came across this website, Fits your Fancy ponies... I called Sheena and she was extremely helpful. Planning: Sheena worked around my schedule and was very accomodating. She scouted the park around my house a few days before the party and planned up accordingly.On the day of the party: The team were here a half hour before and all set up. The kids absolutely loved seeing the pony all saddled up and ready to go!They all got at least a couple of rides each. Fancy, the pony was very calm. It was a blast!Oh! and they even provided favor bags that had some horsey stuff inside and favor bag was in the shape of cowboy boots! hee hee..and free colorful bandanas! Very nice touch...Thanks for making my son's birthday party a success! You know how it is.. If the kids are happy, the parents are too!

We had a great time. We truly appreciate their service and their kind manner. The ponies are so friendly and loving for animals. We never felt unsafe. They always seemed to care about our needs and were quick to fix anything that was out of order.All around fun time.

We did a carnival for my daughters school and I saw Fits your Fancy Ponies on a website so i called her and schedule a day. We worked with Sheena who was extremely helpful. Sheena made sure she worked around our schedule.On the day of the carnival, they arrived a half hour before the event and set up. The kids had a great time riding the ponies. When i asked one of my daughters friend what she thought about them, she said I wished they never left. We just had Fancy Pony back for our Cinco De Mayo party. Same professional friendly service. This time they brought the petting zoo, the little pig seem to be the favorite with the kids.We love this service so much we have pre-booked for the next few years. My boss and I hired Fits Your Fancy Ponies for my boss's daughter's 3rd birthday party. From start to finish, they were terrific. I did extensive research online for pony companies in the Bay Area based on price, features, etc. and found Fits Your Fancy Ponies to be superior than all other companies we considered.I was first impressed by their website, www.fitsyourfancyponies.com. It had a clean and professional feel. After looking at their prices (much cheaper than other companies), I sent them an email. Within a couple hours, Sheena called me and provided me with all the information I needed. She was both friendly and professional. Over the next 2 weeks I hassled her with more emails and questions and she was always prompt and honest in her responses.The party turned out great, and Fits Your Fancy Ponies was the main attraction. The ponies we rented were dressed up (humanely, might I add) as a unicorn and princess and were gorgeous - even better than we all imagined. I had told them it was a pony & princess themed party, and they made sure everything was just right. They came with a sizable, fresh and friendly crew and were dressed "princess-y". They brought a face painter and she was a big hit with the kids.They even threw in a petting zoo for free. At first we were concerned about the mess the animals would leave behind, but Fits Your Fancy Ponies does all the cleanup themselves (unlike a company we hired a year before - what a mess!).During the whole experience, they were very attentive to our needs.The company and crew were absolutely fantastic, and we can't wait to see them again next year for another party. Highly recommended!!

Wow. I cannot recommend Fits Your Fancy Ponies enough. We hired them for my daughters 2nd birthday .The animals were as cute as can be and thank you so much Sheena for upgrading our petting zoo! They answered all our questions and concerns quickly and overall made everything stress free. I cannot wait to visit their farm when it is open to the public. Their animals are not to be missed! Everything from the chickens, to the goats and of course Eva and Bitty was a hit!!!

I hired this company for my daughters 5th birthday party. That is one of the main things she wanted for her birthday. They were perfect. Would hire them again. Sooooo cute and all her friends and their parents had fun. The owner Sheena was wonderful. So accommodating to my wishes. My daughter also wanted the theme to be Luau, so Sheena dressed up the pony with flowers. SO cute. An extra treat was the pony had just had a baby, two months prior, so the baby came along too. Sooo wonderful. I thought the pricing was fair. The ponies were very well cared for and she had goody bags for all the kids. I actually bought a few treats and added them to the bags. It was really great. And the following is an example of Sheena's integrity. It was 4th of July weekend, traffic was horrendous and they were late. Later than the time we arranged. But, FOR ME it did not cause any issues and my daughter and the kids had so much fun when they did arrive. She was very apologetic, but what floored me was the contract stated that if she was late, I only had to pay the deposit (I read but forgot). I was surprised she reminded me, but the experience was so wonderful, she deserved the full amount. I would hire them again and am looking into riding lessons.
