if i could give this place a 6 i would but workers are very friendly and helpful. you can talk to them literally about anything you need help on and they give you the best answer and the selection is huge, with everything you can want from lures, rods, reels, etc. hands down best fishing store in the bay area

Service is not bad as long as you're spending money. The guys working when I went in were attentive once they saw I was there to buy a few reels and poles. The selection is good but when it comes to price, Walmart unfortunately has them beat. They sale licenses there so they can get you hooked up with everything you need. If you're old school and enjoy a conversation with the guys you're doing business with, this may be your spot but if you just want a pole and some bait at the lowest price, this isn't them.

Fantastic customer service and selection of products. The store has a great stock of all your fishing needs and has someone to help you decide on the right product. Prices are very competitive if not lower than other retailers. Highly recommend checking out on your next fishing supply purchase.

Not sure exactly why, but I visited a couple other bait shops before going to Fisherman's Warehouse, with no success. We needed some anchovies for halibut fishing. Other bait shops either had no anchovies in stock or the anchovies were ugly and expensive. I made a phone call to the Fisherman's Warehouse and the gentleman checked their stock and let me know they had plenty. I went over and to my delight the price was $3.00 less than the other bait shops. It made for a nice day on the water.

probably the best tackle shop in the bay area and possibly norcal. they have gear for every fish. from bluegill to bluefin. pretty much every reel too. the staff is very friendly. they have everything

Yesterday was my grandsons 12th birthday. He is obsessed with fishing so I brought him to this place for the first time. We spent almost 2 hours in there with MARK taking my grandson all around the store talking about Rods and Reels and lines and lures and everything in between. He was patient and kind and honestly, HE MADE THIS KIDS BIRTHDAY!! Thank you so much Mark. You have no idea how much your kindness meant to me and to my grandson Cruz. We will be back!!

Screw this place, won't even let customers use the bathroom here.I was about to buy a fishing pole, some gear for my trip to Mexico and some crab traps, I guess they want you to purchase the stuff first before maybe thinking about letting you use the bathroom.I've spent a ton of money here in the past but not anymore.I can take my business somewhere else.

Called yesterday about a rod, they had one left... employee put it aside with my name and number on it for pick up today. SURPRISE! They sold it. Wasted a 40m drive and a day. Thanks guys

Visited the store a couple of days ago. There was an older gentleman that was very helpful but the style of fishing I was there for was not his expertise. He suggested talking to one of the other kids for any further questions. There were at least four of them all playing a game of who can flip a jig into a coffee can. I asked them a question and there answer was we don't do that style of bass fishing and went back to there game. Not helpful at all. One of them was talking like he was a competitive bass fisherman. Not sure what he does when finesse fishing is the only thing that's working that day. He must not win very much. This is the second time I've been there and it was the same level of customer service that day. I think they work there for the discount. If you know exactly what you need I guess I would go there?
