First Street Wine Company

Such a disappointing and unwelcoming experience at First Street Wine Co. We got tickets on Eventbrite for a live music night and were looking forward to a fun evening, but right from the moment we walked in, we felt unwelcome.We sat down, unsure of whether to order at the bar or wait for someone to come to our table. I decided to go to the bar, while my partner stayed seated. However, in both instances, no one acknowledged us - no eye contact, no greeting, nothing. We waited around for a few more minutes, hoping someone would notice us, but eventually, we gave up and decided to leave.We went next door to the Fat Pigeon bar, where we were immediately greeted, welcomed warmly, and had a fantastic evening with great drinks, snacks, and friendly service. It's unfortunate because we had planned to purchase tickets for the upcoming caviar and champagne night and the Pinot noir tasting, but after this experience, we're glad we didn't.We had hoped for a warm, inviting atmosphere, but sadly, that wasn't our experience at First Street Wine Co.

Relaxing casual local wine bar. Friendly attentive service. Good range of options to try. It looks like they have karaoke and games night on occasion.

Great people, fun casual atmosphere, and exceptional wine selections! Outdoor and indoor hospitality options, love the wine and people vibe.

Meh, place is cool, but tiny pours and the red wines served too warm in my humble opinion..... Room temperature, not cellar temperature.....

Wished I had read these reviews before going there. The man who assured me that he would call me back probably had no intention of doing so. I can very well dispute the charge but alerting merchant company may be the right thing to do so they are not doing this to others. My advice to others, check your signed receipts and get a paper print in case they add on to you too!

The wine and company here are top notch. Every single time I have stopped in I stay for over an hour, have fun conversations and leave with excellent wines. The wine club keeps it interesting by showcasing wines from all up and down the west coast.

What a great find! An almost hidden gem near the fountain in Livermore. So much selection within these walls. The ladies/proprietors were lovely and knowledgeable. Real team players, hooked us up with service from Strizzi's and we enjoyed a nice evening out. Very generous wine flight pors- shared with husband and didn't feel cheated. We chose a bottle of The First Street Cab, at $30 per bottle it was a steal. Truly tasted much more expensive. Don't you just love when that happens?Can't wait to go back and discover a new favorite.

Cringe factor!!!!!! Not once, BUT twice have I had bad experiences at this place!!! First off, male owner is not very friendly and a little arrogant for such a small establishment! I asked if he would charge my phone when my friend was spending monies there and he refused to charge my phone! I had to hold my tongue!!!! Secondary to this situation.... Who is the female representative who is crispy tanned even in the winter??? She got arrogant with me after I wanted to buy a wine glass holder when there were four people in the place including us???????? Bad customer service and awful representation for your tiny wine business!!!!! She lost a sale as got annoyed with me that the wine holder had no price!!!! Beware of these unfriendly folks! Not Happy!!!!!! Does she have anxiety issues???????

Came on Saturday afternoon at 6pm, very nice area. Live music, outdoor seating. They sell bottle and by glass red wine and white wine. Price is decent. You great to enjoy with friends and family.

From out of town, stopped in because of the YELP reviews, great little wine bar, had an amazing time, everyone was so friendly and wine was delish!
