Their product, Duo Neptune MP3 player, has been a constant problem for years spending more time out of the water being replaced because the charger on the device corrodes after several months of use. With proper maintenance after swimming, it does not make any difference. This inferior, made in China, product is a complete waste of money. They will not honor their warranty. I paid for a replacement last May and the product hasn't worked since Dec. They refuse to send a replacement.Everyone has complained about the same charger problem. If you are looking for a reliable product, this is NOT the one to purchase.

I got my Finis Neptune MP3 player 2 years ago as a gift (what can I say, I have terrific kids!!). Music is easy to load on. Charging is easy (any USB port will do). And I don't have to plug my ears with earbuds to listen when I swim - it uses bone conduction to transmit the sound (it actually sounds better underwater than it does when your head is above water). But the best part of this is the customer service. I lost my charging cable. Called customer service. They put one in the mail to me same day at no charge! I love it when a company stands behind their products. Quality of the product 5 stars. Customer service - 5++ stars.

This is their headquarters but they have a showroom. Way cheaper to get fins and swim supplies here then anywhere else local. Great quality and service was amazing!

Great products and great support. Ordered wrong size and they immediately sent me a return authorization order and assisted with my exchange. Michelle who helped me did it with such pleasure and was so happy to help! This is the way all companies should treat their customers. Really feel good dealing with this company! I bought a pair of floating fins from Finis on Monday morning. After throwing out the bag, my son carried them back and forth to the pool for several days only to discover after swimming a lap with them on Thursday that the fins did not fit (he has a wide foot). After calling Finis to explain what happened, my son and I stopped by the warehouse to exchange the fins for a larger size. The staff could not have been more understanding. We will be back!
