Mike was excellent to work with for my daughter's wedding. His limo service was first class and they were flexible and accommodating. The Limo was gorgeous and the bridal party enjoyed riding in it all the way to the venue. I highly recommend Finesse Limo Service!

I wanted to take a minute to express my gratitude for this company. We had a bit of a snafu for our ride in to the airport and after speaking with the company they went above and beyond to make it right.. we were extremely pleased and grateful for the professionalism and willingness to address the situation swiftly. Their limos are all gorgeous and their drivers are experienced and professional. Would definitely recommend!

Just used Finesse Limousine Service from Discovery Bay to Oakland Airport. Pricing was very competitive. communications was outstanding. Punctual for both rides and very patient while we waited for what felt like an eternity for our luggage. Limo was extremely clean. Stereo and all the lights worked.

I am very sad to give this company 2 stars. I really wanted to use their limousine service because of all the 5 star reviews I have seen on here but unfortunately that was not my experience. I emailed and called the company to book a limousine for my wedding this year and spoke to Mike and at first time we spoke he was very helpful and told me the information I needed to provide for him. I gave him the information he needed and he said he was going to work on getting me a deal which I appreciated. 2 weeks go by and I have not heard from him so I messaged him and he told me that the limo I originally wanted to book was already booked. I was surprised because I thought he had originally reserved it for my wedding since he told me I was in his schedule. So unfortunately I decided not to move forward with this company because I felt as though they do not do weddings. The other wedding review I read on here seemed like they also had the same experience as me. So do not book with this company if you are having a wedding, for other parties this company seems like they do great.

We booked the Chrysler 300 limo for my daughter's 7th birthday. Let me tell you how amazing it was. The entire process with booking our limo with Mike was so amazing and he offered the best customer service from the first phone call. The way he helped me with the planning and helped with advice on what to do with a group of 7 year old was perfect. Our driver Paul was just as amazing!! He made the girls feel so special and didn't mind the Taylor Swift playlist He was so easy going and very professional. My daughter has not stopped talking about how much fun it was. The limo was beautiful and clean and stocked with water, soda and ice!! These girls were in heaven!! Thank you again Mike and Paul!! You made my daughter's day absolutely perfect!!

This is my 2nd time using Finesse for my son and his classmates (8th grade dance and now prom) They didn't disappoint. Mike was so easy to work with in getting the reservation and pricing (very reasonable). He's very flexible and made the whole process simple. Our driver, Arthur, was amazing. He was super nice, on time, flexible and got the kids to SF and back safely. He was engaging with the parents/kids alike and the kids loved him. It's not easy trusting your babies to go off w/o you but trust me, they are safe with these guys. Stellar service and company!

What can I say, Finesse does it with style, comfort and definitely FINESSE! Beautiful cars, top notch service and we had an incredible time. Paul our driver was fun and very accommodating. We will request him every time. Need a limo you can't go wrong if you choose Finesse Limousine!
