The guys running this shop has always been nice and helpful. The course is always well maintained, if there's a storm they clean it up within the week. Pin positions are always accurate, the store has a wide variety of selections for disc or bags, relatively market priced. Yes you can buy disc online for cheaper, but you have to pay S&H as well as wait, like cartman, come on come onnnn! Anyways, I'd recommend shady oaks to anyone with whatever skill set you have. It is a more advanced - intermediate course, they do have leagues and tournaments so make sure to check UDisc before going.

Best place to buy discs in Northern California. Friendly staff that will help you get the right disc in your hand.Tons of snacks and drinks for in between rounds.

Fantastic shop for your Disk Golf needs. Huge selection of disks to bags and tons of accessories. The best part is the course right in the same lot! Practice baskets and an 18 hole course with challenges throughout. Worth checking out if you haven't.

Final 9 Sports is disk golf. I went to this shop simply because it sits on one of the nicer courses in the area. I'm glad I did.The selection of disks leaves nothing to be desired. After being away from the game for so long I needed a little help. The person working there took the time to help me find what I was looking for and explain the flight path numbers.Great staff, great selection. Not sure what more you would want.

First.....The Disc Golf course here is A-1. It has some really hard holes and some that are a little easier. This course has 18 hole with concrete tees as well as a pro shop.Second.....The Pro Shop. Final 9 Sports is a great place (one of a kind in Sacramento) to find discs at. You can find some discs at local sporting goods stores but not even remotely close to the selection that Final 9 has. Anything you need for disc golf can be found here!!!!!

One of a kind disc pro shop in Sactown! Right next to the best 18 hole course in town. Two great combinations...Love this park, Uber Fun.

Went to go pick up a disc I had lost that someone dropped off at the shop for me , called in and confirmed it was there the day before picking up and when I got there they had given it to someone else or more than likely kept it to sell themselves.Have been playing at Shady Oaks for 20 years and the employees at this shop have always been super LAME, UNHELPFUL and RUDE For some reason. Never getting my business again

We got to the store, and waited for the Slacker that works there the amble back in the store. I confessed that I knew nothing about the sport and asked for his help. Initially, he was moderately helpful and answered a few specific questions with a tone indicating 'I can't wait ait to stop talking with you newb'. The website has a "lessons" link, so I thought they may be able to suggest a weight based on seeing my kid throw one. When I asked if he could watch my kid throw one al he said was "nope"; not 'sorry we don't do that', or 'we don't have any practice discs' or anything that would be considered customer service. I pointed out that I asked because the website had a link for lessons, and he again said "nope". I asked if the website wrong, and I got nothing. I showed him the website, and instead of acknowledging the link is there, he shrugged. He gave the impression he couldn't care less the business he is representing has a mistake on the site, or if he sold anything to me. Because he initially did make an effort, and I want to support small businesses, I decided to go through with the transaction. He didn't give me a receipt and when I called back, he didn't know how to retrieve it for me, but could ask the owner. I asked him to mention the website says they do lessons, and his response was "I don't think it will make any difference". He wasn't necessarily rude but just completely oblivious regarding customer service, and when I expressed annoyance, he demonstrated less empathy than a bag of rocks.

I quit buying disc here because of the workers lack of respect towards the customers! I know at least five other people who also quit buying their disc here because of the same issues. You go in there, ask a question and you get a one word responses in a crappy tone of voice! The last time I was in there, I was returning a disc that I had found. I liked the disc so I ask this guy named Bruce if they had any on stock that I could purchase. He looks at me and says rudely ( if we have them they'll be over there on the wall) said like a true D###! See ya! I spent over a thousand dollars on disc golf disc and apparel this year none of it at this shop sorry! Get some better customer care!!!

This review is about their great customer service!I came in to the store a few weekends ago inquiring about the Zuca/Dynamic Discs rolling carts they carried in the store. I don't play disc golf, but I am a fan of those carts. They are excellent for rolling around my camera equipment! I'm a photographer and videographer, and I needed a cart that could handle all my gear. I wouldn't have known how great those carts were had it not been for Casey's help. He was very courteous over the phone when I called earlier that day to see if they had the carts in stock, and when my husband and I came to the store to check them out, he answered our million questions about the carts and how it might work for my all my gear, including some that I brought with me to try on the Zuca. Hubby and I went home to think about it, but eventually I went back to purchase it within a week. Now I can snap away at my shoots more efficiently. Thank you, Casey! -Kat
