Family Jumps Bounce House and Party Rentals

We rented a bounce house for my husband's USAF welcome home party and it was a hit. The customer service was great, they walked me through all the options within my price range, set up and pick up was on time and their prices were very reasonable. Would highly recommend!

I've rented a bounce house previously from Family Jumpers and had a great experience. Once again, I called and they were so accommodating. They scheduled everything and I received a confirmation email minutes early. Payment was fast and easy from a link on the e-mail. They are dependable and easy to work with. I highly recommend them!

I have rented with Family Jumps many times over the past 4 year. I have never been disappointed or had any issues whatsoever. The communication is top notch and the rental process is quick and easy. it's great to work with a company that picks up the phone and messages you back.

We are using Family Jumps for a company "Family Picnic" and on a busy weekend. They were very accommodating to the budget, they were quick to respond and follow-up. All of the documentation was clear and consise, as well as timely. We appreciate all that they have done to make the company "Family Picnic" a success! Very professional and helpful!

This is by far the worse experience I've had. Booked a water slide with this company on August 8th for my son's 6th birthday party. Party was canceled because of rain. Was told 3 times my minimum payment required to book would be refunded do to cancellation was out of anyone's control because of weather. Party was canceled on September 1st, 2023 and still have yet to be refunded. I have tried calling and emailing this company multiple times regarding my refund and yet to receive a response or a call back. Was lied to by Azhar who told me they refunded by money on September 1st, 2023, still not received it back in my account. Emailed asking for a receipt or confirmation of refund and received no reply. Would not recommend this company nor will I ever rent from them again.

So I called today which is July 22nd 2023. For an event that I needed chairs and tables for ASAP on Monday the guy who I talk to which I'm not really sure who I talk to but he was super friendly and made sure that we had what we needed by Monday for an emergency situation. I will definitely be going back through them. Thank you so much.

Called them at 6 pm tonight (Friday), they are delivering first thing in the morning! No other company would take my order so late. GREAT customer service, thank you Zaphar! (sp)
