Great experience....punctual, communicative, clean and fair! I hired them for my little guy's 5th birthday and was very pleased.

I was trying to plan my son's 1st birthday party and it was gettingto be quite stressful. Fortunately, Family Jumpers was referred to me by a friend and they provided an awesome jumper with slide, tables, chairs AND helium. Their services took so much worry off of my plate. Jasean is very prompt with responses, has great suggestions and even provided me with weather updates since we were concerned about the weather for our outdoor November event. He was so easy to work with and was able to accommodate me with not much advance notice. All of the equipment he provided was clean and functional. Definitely would recommend this vendor.

Jay delivered earlier than scheduled, which made it easier to host the party! He was super kind and helpful, and let us have the jumper all day! I would highly recommend him for parties!!

This place is run by Jay whose a nice fellow. They have somewhat of a limited selection when compared with some of the larger companies. Needed jumper for daughters 8th birthday and reserved it about 2 weeks out. He didn't have it on the day I wanted so I changed the date of my party. The jumper was pretty worn and the slide needs to be waxed or cleaned. You literally need to jump down it because sliding down isn't an option because of the friction. He did say he was going to get a few more. Jay fell ill on the pickup time so he picked it up the day after. My daughter quickly discovered Jumpy Houses aren't all that fun unless you have a ton of kids in it.

Great service and affordable rental charge. We recently rented one from Family Jumpers for my daughters birthday party. My wife called up family jumpers and Jay was really helpful. We reserved one but the forecast for the day looked like it was going to rain so we asked if the weather was really bad can we cancel and he said sure. We decided to keep our reservation and despite the weather it turned out to be okay. Jay dropped off the jumper, set it up, with the three tables and chairs and at the end of the day picked them all up. All the kids had a lot of fun and it was a memorable time. Thanks again Jay and I highly recommend him to others looking for a jumper.

I met Jay through my daughter and he runs a very very professional business he was on time he set up very organized. He provided a great service and I will be using him in the future for all birthday parties. I have three grandchildren and many nieces and nephews and we have parties all the time I definitely recommend him in a very high regard he was very friendly very prompt and organized he set up at 12 noon and he did not pick up until about 830 which gave the kids plenty of time to play in the jumper they had a great time. Again I can't stress this enough but Jay from Family Jumpers is reasonably priced probably the lowest price in the Bay Area. I called around many places and they wanted to charge a lot for just a few hours Jay provided a service at great price and the kids had hours of fun.
