This is my second review that I'mLeaving for Familia Automotive & now it's the only place I'll take my car for any serviceee when needed. Shoutout to Klent & his team they are amazing!! from his customer service to just always updating you and they truly care about your car. Don't ever bring your car to the dealership or anywhere else. Come check out FAMiLiA AUTOMOTIVE first. Just Trust me & you won't be disappointed. The Value and service is top notch here. He will even save you money compare to all the other places. ( with this inflation that's going on we need all the $$ we can save)& when you call them & you need them unexpectedly due to your car issues. they can book/ or have an opening for you to come in within the next day instead of waiting days or weeks like other locations . Plus on your 4th oil change it's free here. They fixed & save my vehicle!! & I'm beyond grateful for that. I appreciate you guys. Can't say this enough, most trustworthy automotive shop experienced every time. I live in the East Bay and yes, I drive out this way to get my services done here. When in doubt, Klent goes over the entire process, from diagnosis to the solution, as well as discussing all options with his best recommendations. And prices are very reasonable.Jocelyn has helped many times, even on short notice, to make the process easy from getting an appointment and have an estimated finish date/time. Everyone here is great and awesome customer service.I cannot recommend this place enough. I always leave with a peace of mind that my car was in good hands.

Took no responsibility after my car got vandalized. He kept my car for 30 days saying he was going to work on it now he decided it was too big of a job after my car got parked harvested from the engine.I didn't even read your comment because it's irrelevant with a bunch of lies in it , lies lies lies told throughout the month now it's a month not three weeks. Get your stories together. The job was too big flat out that's what you said can't handle it stealing Miami parts. I have a video of another hemi park right next to it and you weren't even working on it so make me go there?Remember the blue Dodge charger that was snuggled up next to mine. No work was being done on it and we showed up surprisingly and it was wide-open and I heard your mechanics. Tell your husband the parts right there he responded don't get it. I never told you guys I heard that I never even said that out loud to nobody but there it is and I have videos so cut it out. Plus you're never there anyways when we've been there, so how do you know what was told I was promised it was going to be in the garage so just zip it. Shall I post a text message has been asking me for the Vin number for my car if he wasn't gonna work on it why did he need my Vin number?

I took in my mom's 2018 mazda cx-9 to this shop per reccomendation of an uncle who said he found the owner Clent to be honest. She needed valve replacement, rear brake pads replaced & rotors resurfaced & a control arm replaced which is costly as the dealer. I called & Clent answered attentively & made me an appointment to come in. He was up front stating he only had time to do brakes that day and would need another appointment for the rest of the work. What I liked was that I requested an estimate first and he had a very professional estimate drawn up for me, itemized and broken down, easy to understand. Then we could go from there. Everything was at least $100 less than the dealer and my mom stated she preferred that since the dealer now for Mazda is not in Stockton so this would be more convenient. He looked at the brakes and explained that he could resurface rotors & that could last up to a year or I could buy them new & not pay labor again in a year then reccommended I buy quality ceramic. My mom agreed so we proceeded with that. Dropped off 9 am and picked up that afternoon. This was last week and so far so good. Dropped off yesterday for the valve work, he kept it over night because couldn't find the issue mazda had stated. He also looked at the control arm issue & stated it could be feathered tires as they had just been rotated so he stated it wasn't a big issue at this time and to keep driving it. Should it shake or make noises then to bring it back. We agreed and he didn't charge us for looking at it for those 2 days. Very kind. We appreciate the honesty to say the least. He carries himself professionally and called back to give me updates 3x during this process when he said he would. His small lobby is very modern, has a tv, offers a Keurig and clean bathroom. He takes credit card, but it does say you save more with paying cash because of the charges with running cards. Over all up to now it went well. Very different from all the other shops we have dealt with.

I do Uber all over the Bay and choose to travel to this one place for all the intermittent maintenance on my Honda Accord. The owner really knows his stuff. He found a gasket leak missed by other mechanics. Trustworthy person. Price was very fair and competitive. This is a one stop shop. Can do everything from air conditioner to transmission. Great customer service, very friendly. Can diagnose anything.

Friendly service and very informative! I appreciated that I wasn't charged for a service I didn't need. They referred me to a shop that specializes in the specific repairs my car required. Highly recommend!

Klent and the team are honest and trustworthy people. The name says it all. They really treat you like family and recommend services that actually need to be done instead of trying to upsell you like the dealership. If you need a spot to take your vehicle in the 209 this is it. You will not regret it. We had my wife's brakes and rotors replace. We had other services done in the past as well. We are customers for life!

Probably one of the best experiences I've have with car maintenance. Had an appointment for 10:30 & left at 11:45. You truly cannot beat that. If I went to the dealership they would've taken over 3 hours and charged me an arm and a leg. We left paying only $100 for a 2019 GLA Mercedes oil change among other things as well like checking our battery tire rotation, just simply making sure everything is up to par. I cant recommend them enough. Not only did they take their time with our car he was extremely polite and honest. This will probably be our spot from now on. Every 4th oil change is free btw!

I came here, thinking I needed an alternator. They tested my alternator and my battery and it turned out. My alternator was fine. I just needed a new battery. I appreciate the honesty and the constant communication. This is a business you can trust.
