By far the best car buying experience I've ever had! This would be my 6th car from a dealership.Levi and Sech, we're the most straightforward, polite, respectful, and patient people I've ever had the opportunity to buy a car from! I shopped at 5 different dealerships prior to coming here. There was no need for any back and forth haggling as they had straightforward pricing and never tried shoving extras down my throat. I initially left their dealership when another dealership offered me a better deal, which they did not honor once I arrived. I came back to Levi and Sech, who honored the deal they offered me before I left. If you are looking for straightforward pricing and great people who happen to be salesmen, come to Fairfield Chevrolet! Avoid Vacaville Chevy and GMC!

Misdiagnosed a broken transmission and I was instead advised that engine seized and quote for repair /replacement was over 18k.After having the transmission replaced and other valve work done by an independent repair shop I asked this dealer to reimburse me for the Misdiagnosis to which they said No. I wouldn't trust this dealer with any vehicle service or repairs. Go elsewhere!

My car needed service and the people there was just so helpful Aurelio, help me get into a rental that I'm actually considering coming back for. My SUV feels brand new again. THANK YOU FAIRFIELD Chevrolet. Made the right choice coming here

Im just a freaking sucker because I love my Chevrolet. Got no choice but to come back here instead of going to Vallejo or Vacaville. I guess over the years they improved a lot, from customer service, parts department, and service department. Finally hired some good people. The service department got renovated and looks very pleasant and comfortable to wait for your car. The staff sounds they're knowledgeable especially the parts person. The last time I was here buying parts the guy didn't even know how to look for it in the computer and don't know how to talk car parts, it felt like the parts guy called in sick and put a car sales person to cover. I liked the change and will be coming here again. Hope they keep these people happy and don't quit. The service coordinator person is knowledgeable and knows what I was talking about even though I didn't.

Came here to buy my first car, and I was genuinely pleased with the team's straightforwardness and honesty with me! They worked out a great deal for me on a pretty new car, and didn't add any fluff like I was expecting due to my experience at other dealers during my car search. Big shoutout to Sam Gonzales who was extremely helpful and friendly, as well as Jack for coming to pick me up, and Marcos the fleet manager as well! Everyone made it easy on me and I'm super grateful. 10/10 recommend coming to buy from Fairfield Chevrolet!

I went to buy a car from Marco . He is such a nice guy. He is also very knowledgeable about the Corvettes. He has a guy with him named Sam who helped sell the car.So let me just tell you, I bought a brand new Corvette 2024. I was super excited about this car. Sam offered to follow me to the gas station and fill it up. As the gas was filling, it started spraying gas all over the car as the pump nozzle was broken and I didn't realize. Obviously, it's a brand new car (I freaking out) and I do not have any rags or anything to wipe it up. This guy Sam offered to take his shirt off to give it to me to wipe the car down. That should tell you a lot about this guy and their service. Who in the world would offer their shirt to wipe up gas off of your new car. Plus I bought the car and was out of there in two hours. They made it super easy. Thanks Sam and Marco!

Didn't look at reviews till after my experience with them. Not surprised of the 2.5 stars, Felt brushed off by service center. Quickly tried to get pushed to parts dept as if they were to busy to assist me. They could be really busy but see why everyone I know goes to Vacaville or even vallejo to do any business with Chevy.I guess that's where I'll be taking my business too.

I came from Sacramento to purchase from this dealership and they did not disappoint. A huge thank you to Sech Durmaz and Levi Gonzalez for taking the stress out of car buying. There were some problems with the first car i purchased and they went above and beyond to make sure the situation was taken care of and that I was completely satisfied! Thank you both!

Potential buyers beware. If you get an online quote, there may be additional charges for add-ons. I was concerned when I got that initial message that suggested that I do not complete the purchase online, now it is clear why.Update: found this in my SPAM folder with the "One True Price" offering "without having to haggle or play any of the games." Others can decide whether quoting a low price, but then adding $1600 in add-ons is "True" and whether this dealership is "playing games." I just want others to be aware of my personal experience.
