Extreme Paintball Park

All my nephew wanted to do for his 13th birthday was paintball...so there we were... First thing, I know absolutely nothing about paintballing. I really appreciate how detailed the Extreme Paintball Park's website is, how informative they were over the phone, and how simple the entire process really was. We had 2 kids under 18, 2 adults, and 1 spectator. We signed our waivers online before arriving and opted to go for the walk on Saturday AM session from 9 AM - 12:30 PM. We were able to get in 3 games arriving close to 11 AM. It is $30 per person and an additional $5 for no reservation, our spectator was able to walk on free. Paintballs and equipment are not included. For 4 people, we spent around $230. (Idk if this is normal but damn, this sport is expensive, y'all!) This was with the largest box of ammo (2000ct), one upgraded paintball gun, and 3 vests. Vests for women are included.It was a rainy weekend, so I was mainly worried about the park being super muddy, but it was upkept well. I was also worried about the paint staining my clothes, but it washed out of clothes and hair very easily. We played a low impact game which is meant for beginners and kids 10+. I like that they separate the groups so weren't playing with advanced players. Once you go through safety with the refs, they walk you over to your field, explain the game (they switch up the game every round), and get playing. I absolutely hated every second of this. It was so so so so so so painful and not fun at all. LOL my nephews loved it and cannot stop talking about it. The also gifted the birthday boy a t-shirt, which he wears all the time :) Overall, super fun experience for the kids. I will 1000% just drop them off next time.

***My review is based on having the entire place to ourselves. I can't speak to how this place runs when it is open to the public***My group reserved this place for a team building day. It has been quite some time since I have paint balled and I forgot how fun it was in my younger years. The location is remote and centered out in an orchard field. The road to access the park is marked by a small sign, but could be missed if you're not paying attention. On arrival, they have a fairly large size parking lot. There is a large amount of seating for groups, which have picnic tables and the seating area is shaded by metal carport sheeting. The check-in area is a combination or four conex boxes. I highly recommend scanning the QR code and electrically signing the waver prior to checking-in. The bathroom situation consists of three porta potties. The day we visited, they were clean and seemed to be maintained.They also serve snacks and drinks. Papa johns will also deliver to the location. I have posted photos with current pricing as of the date of this review. They have several different fields to play different games. There are pretty cool barriers to utilize during play. Our referee was pretty cool. He maintained the rules at all times, but he wasn't overbearing about things. Our group had a great experience here and we will visit again.

We will be coming back. Took my son and his friends here for his 13th birthday party. Booking was done online and is extremely easy. We had 5 kids and 5 adults, the staff was great and helpful throughout all the games. We had a small party and they put us with "beginners" in a public game. There were a few issues with people not using proper paintball "etiquette". The manager was on top of the behavior and after speaking with them about a continuous issue they went well above and beyond, (rarely seen in today's world) to make sure we had a good ext. Lots of large fields to play. It was my first time hosting and playing so I have nothing to compare this place to. But they rotated the fields and played different games each time. Can't recommend this place enough. Perfect to get out and have fun, even just a family day. Decent prices for parties too.

We dropped off my son to a birthday party here last Saturday. It's a very cool idea to throw a kids party at a paintball park. This place is tucked away off a road in Modesto. They have a huge outdoor setup with tons of barriers for the players to hide behind, and have a few different options for how they do the matchups/games. They have have paintball guns with CO2 cartridges to pump out the paintballs quickly. These things are flying fast. They offer you protective gear to wear, so the shots sting less, & head gear is required. I'd love to take my kid back here again, it seems like a ton of fun. I'm sure adult groups have a blast doing it as well.

I would like to extend my appreciation to the entire staff at Extreme Paintball. I have traveled to many fields to play and the staff at Extreme are top notch! Registration was very simple and quick with the QR code. Walk on fee and field paint prices are very reasonable. Rest area is well covered with plenty of picnic tables and the air station is very accessible. The fields are as advertised with airball and hyperball set up close to each other. I appreciated the chance to play with the local pro team out there. Shot a few out with my cocker! Thank you again for an amazing time. #yourfriendfromVentuaCounty.

Fantastic first paintball experience via invitation to a birthday party! As we arrived and walked over to the area designated for the party, I happened to look over at the battlegrounds and could hear some of the rounds going off and became intimidated for my son, the invitee who would be partaking in these activities.He was soon suited up, someone explained the rules & safety, then off he went. The referee split them into teams, told them to take their positions, and after he counted down it was on. Exciting for him, nerve-racking for me!The open field area is quite large. It's grassy with mounds all about. There are dozens of wooden and what looked like steel barriers being used to hide behind and shield. Party area was neatly organized wooden benches under a pole and tarp kind of set up.The same booth where you sign waivers and get gear looked to also have snacks and drink for cheap. Didn't have to look far for the restroom area, there were a few porta potties a couple hundred feet from the picnic area which I didn't dare go near.On the day we came it was a bit warm so my son wore shorts and a t-shirt, but I'd recommend long pants and long sleeve shirt. All of the staff I encountered were very nice and accommodating, and besides one complaint about how heavy the paintball gun was my son had a blast with his friends.

Nice location where people can enjoy themselves. Spacious and table assigned close up to activity area if party reserved. Porter potty restrooms, a women's only was super nice to have! Able to bring ice chest and our own choice of food. We made reservation from 1-4 checked in at 1230. Staff was friendly & helpful. Kids loved it! And the set up was awesome!

They do a good job BUT if you bring spectators who watch all day, they don't care if you would like to use the big EMPTY field nearest the spectator seats. There were rarely any games played on that front field throughout the day. We asked multiple times and they managed to allow us play there 1 time ONLY. So if you want to watch, hope u bring binoculars .

I was on the airball field doing one on ones, Andy the referee was fantastic very professional about things great customer service. Had a blast would recommend
