My colleagues and I were planning an album release party for a singer we manage and decided (one week before the event) that we wanted to have some type of merchandise to represent this project.With short notice, I was having a hard time finding a print shop that would accommodate me. I finally found Manny and his team at Express Sign & Graphics and they made the impossible possible!LET ME JUST SAY - it's always important to respect a business's normal turnaround time and to be mindful of other orders they may have to fulfill. When I inquired, I was ready to receive and accept a firm "unfortunately, we cannot" from them, but to my surprise, they were able to make this happen.I sent Manny my order request with a mockup, he sent me the invoice, I paid it, and he gave me a pickup date and time. When I came to pickup my order a few days later, it was packed in a box, ready and waiting for me! Before I left the shop, Manny showed me the final product and it was perfect! The t-shirts ended up being a huge hit at the release party and I'm so thankful to everyone at Express Sign & Graphics.They are a family owned business and offer a bunch of different printing services, even embroidery! Their print quality is top notch and the customer service I received was amazing.I will definitely be back when I need more work done!

I just bought a new used 2019 Mustang convertible from Phil Waterford's Manteca Ford and paid for racing stripes to be painted on. Well, we couldn't have picked a better person for this job! To say that Manny did an excellent job on my car is an understatement. He took care of my car as if it was his own. I am happy to give a great big shout out to this dedicated family business and will be sure to call on Manny when we decide to have some art work done on my husband's new Raptor truck! I can't say this enough, folks, please support your local businesses!!!

Before reading this, please do note that Express Sign & Graphics does have a D+ rating with the Better Business Bureau and that I have filed a formal complaint against this business under ID 14035329. I live in Manteca, CA because I am an Iraq War Veteran and I pride myself with living in a city that has the highest concentration of veterans than any other city in California. Therefore I transact business with local businesses first and foremost.I Samuel Williams along with my wife, came into Express Sign & Graphics on 11/29/2019. I met the owner Manny and told him that I am starting up a company and that I need custom shirts created for my company by the following Friday (12/6/2019) as my wife and I paid $200 to participate in Manteca's Christmas in the Park at Woodward Park.I asked Manny if he could have the shirts completed by 12/6/2019 as the festival was on 12/7/2019. Manny said that he could meet that deadline and he charged me $545.32 ($383.76 for shirts, $80 screen fees, $40 for Vectorized Logo and $41.56 for sales tax). We shook hands and my wife and I left the store under the assumption that we paid that money for the shirts to be ready before our event.One day before the due date (12/5/2019), Manny emails me notifying me that he is sick and that he may be able to complete the shirts on 12/6/2019 or on Monday (12/9/2019). The event passed without our shirts. I had not heard from Manny on Monday (12/9/2019) so on Tuesday 12/10/2019 at 4:05pm, I called Express Signs a& Graphics inquiring on the status of my shirts and I was hung up on by one of the associates.I decided to drive to Express Signs & Graphics that very same day. I told Manny that I was hung up on so I decided to come in person to check on the status. Manny said that he was having issues with his machine so I told him I would come in the following week to check on status and he said okay. Having felt this to be a bad business decision with Manny, considering the lack of communication on his end and him telling my wife and I that he could indeed render services before our event and failing to due so, I came in the following day Wednesday (12/11/2019) and requested a refund. I understand that Manny has a "No Refund & No Exchange" policy but what I was told and communicated was not followed through therefore it's only fair that I a consumer who works for a living in order to pay $545.32 for these services and our agreement not followed through warrants a refund. Having served in Iraq and fought for my country, I am a compassionate person and told Manny that I wanted a refund that was minus the Vector File he created for me which would be a refund of $505.32. As of 12/17/2019, I had not seen the refund in my bank account so I called Manny on 12/17/2019 to let him know that a week is near approaching and I had yet to see a refund in my bank account. Manny said that he requested a refund from Square and that he would me a screenshot. The screenshot is in the amount of $415.42. This is $90.90 less of the total of $505.32. Manny states his reasoning for shorting me via text message as...."The rest was for the sic[the] prepress graphic labor that was already done to sic [pre-pare] the vector graphics for press. I was very reasonable with the assigned refund especially with my policies. Clearly stated. Also vector file is $99. I charge $40 sic [wh n] an print order is being processed along with it".Please do take into consideration of this Yelp review along with another formal complaint against Express Signs & Graphics. Having fought in war for the citizens of this country, I can only do my best to have you heed warning. I recently used their services for my band's logo. I am absolutely impressed with their creativity, artistry, and skills. When I first walked in I was greeted with smiles and handshakes. I expressed that I am interested in having them create a logo for my band/business. I gave them my ideas and they brought it too life. I am completely amazed on the job and creativity they did. They took so much pride in creating my logo and presenting it to me. I am very happy with the job they did and am I excited to release this logo the the public! This place was a huge lifesaver! I was just starting my company and I needed a logo, aprons and backdrop on a time crunch. Manuel worked with me and the vision of what I wanted my logo to look like and made it into a reality. It was perfect! The aprons are quality material. The backdrop is big, beautiful and perfect for my customers to stand by after they're done painting their canvases. He worked quick and got everything done by the time I needed. My boyfriend went to this store to find shirts last minute. We were leaving out of town the next day. He was planning a proposal for me and wanted to take me to Disneyland after. He walked in the store on Friday 30 mins before closing and the owner helped him customize these adorable shirts. This store helped in making my proposal weekend so much better with these cute shirts that I was able to enjoy in Disneyland. Amazing job and superior customer service.
