Evie is an excellent source with all your travel needs. She has been helping me recently with a Disney Cruise and a vacation for my family from Walnut Creek. The times have not worked out since I keep choosing very busy times, but Evie has given excellent recommendations and I will keep going back to her. Very helpful and experienced. Thanks.

Evie has over 30 years experience - and it shows! We used Evie for our honeymoon to St. Lucia and got an AMAZING rate (flight, hotel) at the amazing Jade Mountain (in room pool and featured on the recent Bachelor TV program). That aside, she is constantly in the Caribbean, Mexico, or Hawaii and has likely stayed or toured any hotel or cruise ship you might consider. She knows the islands so well and can tailor your vacation to your price and your style.We've recently used Evie also for family vacation with our little baby. Before Evie I never realized that travel agents are free, and I always thought I could scour the internet and find the best deals. Not necessarily so as Evie has access to various wholesalers that only certified travel agents do.Can't recommend her services and expertise enough! She's local in Walnut Creek but can service anyone anywhere!

Venturing to Ireland was more than a dream vacation or anniversary celebration--it was a reconciliation of understanding with our family history. It meant going to odd little villages and islands not on the tourist track. It is like waiting your entire life to 'go home' having no clue of what or who would be there.The first travel agent I went to was uninspired and kept trying to box us into a package tour, dismissing any changes we requested. I was very discouraged until my husband discovered Evie. After the first phone call, he exclaimed that her energy and enthusiasm was downright contagious. After meeting with her, I had to agree. Evie took on the challenge of our four pages of patchwork itinerary and turned it into a viable reality. From airline bookings, to reservations in 7 top hotels, train tour and car rental-- everything lined up. It was as if the Castles, Cathedrals, Abbeys, historical ruins from the 1916 conflict and long lost family had been waiting to be discovered all along. In addition, there were acknowledgements from hotels of our 40th anniversary that included letters, fruit baskets, candy and. a carriage ride at Dromoland Castle. The arrangements to Ireland were flawless and the credit for this goes, first and foremost, to Evie Carlock.

Evie is a very knowledgeable travel agent who is very passionate about the job she does. I was fortunate to find her and highly recommend her. I will be using her for all my future travel excursions and recommending her highly to my friends and family.

I was planning a custom luxury itinerary to multiple countries/cities in Asia (Hong Kong, Bali, Singapore). I contacted six different travel agencies including American Express and AAA. Many of the responses I received were appalling, some wanted a non-refundable deposit, some refused to customize and some just did not respond!!!Then there was Premiere Travel Services....Evie was fabulous, not only did she respond quickly, but also had a great customer focused attitude. She was extremely knowledgeable and took on my much customized itinerary and requirements with enthusiasm. Also, she offered the most competitive pricing.Thanks to Evie and her very accurate recommendations and research, we had a fantastic trip and all travel arrangements were flawless.Currently, we have several business and personal trips scheduled within the US and once again Evie has excelled in delivering all our travel arrangements quickly and efficiently.If you are looking for a travel agent who works for your interests, then I recommend Evie with complete confidence.

Evie was great! We used her for our honeymoon in July 2011. We were so tired of planning the wedding, that we just didn't want to plan our honeymoon or plan what we did while we were there. We knew what we wanted, and Evie knew where we should go to get it.She is friendly, knowledgeable, easy to work with and patient. She gave us plenty of options and worked within our budget. She made sure we had everything we needed before leaving for our trip. We had a wonderful time in St Lucia at the Sandals La Toc resort; everything went great! Thanks Evie!

I had the same experience with Evie as a couple of other people had. I called, she seemed incredibly knowledgable and helpful (and apologetic that I had driven out to their "location"--- she is mobile now, by the way! Yelp won't allow her to change the address (that part I do not blame her for). Anyway, after getting my information (both my phone number and email), she told me she would call me later that afternoon after her meeting. I never heard from her. I waited for a week and then called Edge of Wonders (Deb is great). I'm not sure what happened, but based on the other two poor reviews, Evie was sick and supposedly had an assistant email one client (but the client never received anything) and the other client apparently Evie called and emailed numerous times with no response. I never heard from her. Despite what she may reply to this poor review, I never got a phone call nor an email from Evie. It's unfortunate that I didn't get to work with this woman because she seemed to know what she was talking about when I spoke to her on the phone. I found her lack of response unprofessional and inconsiderate of my time. I hope that this changes and instead of blaming her clients for the poor reviews that she begins to simply contact her clients more promptly, if at all.

I am REALLY glad I found Evie on Yelp last year, she is 3 for 3 for taking care of our travel needs! We were looking for a unique place to go last Thanksgiving, gave her a list of the places we've been, and she came up with a Turks & Caicos all inclusive for us! We've never been, and our 4 kids LOVED the place (ranging from age 17 down to age 2)! She made all the arrangements, made sure they had stuff ready for our arrival with the baby (and the teens), she went above and beyond!On the 2nd trip we booked through Evie, my wife and I wanted a nice romantic getaway trip, and Evie booked us a beautiful over the water bungalow stay on the Maldive islands! And for our 3rd experience through Evie, this past week, in a bit of a rush on my part to get something booked up and locked in, Evie put together a family vacation to Cancun for us complete with flights, shuttle transport, resort stay, everything (all in just over a day of time!)She definitely knows great destinations to go that are great for families with kids of all ages, to romantic getaways for just 2 of us... I've found Evie to be super responsive, responding to some of my emails at all hours of the night when I'm up pondering what to do for travels (or eyes glazed over trying to figure something out online myself). I used to think I could find and book stuff online cheaper and better myself, so far Evie has gotten us BETTER deals, better availability and upgrades, and a smooth end to end experience, far better than what I have cobbled together on my own in the past.We have FOUND our travel agent!!!

My goodness, I cannot praise Evie enough! Last week I returned from St. Croix in the US Virgin Islands--A successful trip that would have been very difficult, if not impossible without Evie's talent and skills. Like a lot of folks, I assumed that I could use an online application to get me the perfect Caribbean trip. (Actually, it wasn't just a vacation--I was traveling with the intention to purchase a property on the Island). After seeking advice from friends and family--all more traveled than myself, I decided to try going with a travel agent: I am so glad I did. Great YELP reviews and the fact it was a local agency, I called Evie with Premiere Travel Services. She answered immediately and within minutes I knew I had made the right decision. Turns out, among her MANY specialties, she is an expert on the Caribbean travel. Lucky me--It goes without saying, these days, airline travel is not easy--frankly, now it's no fun, especially when venturing beyond US states. Like a babe-in-the-wood, she took me by the hand and guided me through every step of my journey. Did she give me such great hand's on care because I'm special? No, it's because she's special. Evie planned a French trip for us which was fabulous!!! We did four days in Paris and four days on in the south of France in St. Troupe.Evie arranged two great hotels ( one in Paris and one in St. Troupe). While in Paris she booked a trip to Versailles, and a Loire Valley wine tour which we really enjoyed, as well as a bus tour of Paris. We traveled to Marseilles from Paris via the TGV high speed rail train which was a great experience. In Marseilles Evie booked us a car rental to drive to St. Troupe and all along the French Riviera. Every part of the trip went very smoothly. She kept the entire trip within our budget.We strongly recommend Evie to anyone looking for a great travel agent.
