I can not say enough good things about Courtney!!I am writing this review from the perspective of a wedding photographer, so I don't know exactly what it's like to be on the client side, but I do know what it's like to work with Courtney Ann as another vendor and I think it's valuable to see that perspective as well because, when vendors work well together, I think your wedding day runs so much more smoothly!Courtney is extremely organized, responsive, and teamwork-oriented. She reached out before the event to share the couple's timeline and was so willing to take my suggestions for little modifications that made better sense for the way I take photos. As we talked, it was clear that she had a great concern for what her client wanted/prioritized which I think is so important for a wedding planner to understand! She was communicative and I always felt like we were on the same page.The day of the event, Courtney and her assistant(s) kept things running very smoothly. I saw her problem-solving in the background and working hard to bring the couple's vision to life.All in all, it was a stunning wedding at Le Reve in Elk Grove and I loved working with her as a photographer!Hire Courtney Ann!

We love Courtney! Not only was she extremely helpful and present throughout our entire wedding planning process, she also connected us with all of the vendors(caterers, DJ, rentals, florist, transportation, etc) that we booked for our big day. Additionally, she showed us many beautiful venue choices that we would not be able to see without her connections.She went above and beyond to make sure all of our questions were answered fully. There was nothing she hadn't already thought of and she always gave her honest professional opinion based on her experiences. She took all the stress out of planning and she is the reason we had such a great and stress free time before and during the event!On our wedding day, Courtney made sure everything went perfectly and without a hitch. She facilitated all the vendors and even set up a private dining experience for us to eat before being bombarded by our friends and family. Our family and guests raved about her and she was their main point of contact for day of questions, freeing us up to enjoy the day. Courtney is the real deal when it comes to wedding planning! If you don't want to stress about your big day, we highly recommend reaching out to her!

We hired Courtney as our planner back in 2019 for a wedding that unfortunately we postponed due to COVID and ended up canceling :(. But, I had a good experience with her as our planner and would recommend her to other couples looking for someone organized and on top of it. What made me pick Courtney originally was that out of all the other planners I spoke with, she was the fastest to get back to me and the most personable. Throughout the months we kept in close contact, she was an invaluable resource as I bounced vendor suggestions off her and was very reassuring when I started to stress about wedding planning. She has a list of recommended vendors that she works with, but can also take a look at other vendors and provide feedback on their quality of work and their rates.When we started to get more into the nitty-gritty of planning, she stayed organized and asked great questions during our meetings on what type of wedding we were envisioning. For my now-husband and I, we weren't super opinionated on a lot of things, but she was able to guide us and provide feedback on the pros/cons of various options.Since we couldn't end up holding our original wedding in 2020 due to COVID, we just ended up doing a small park ceremony with a few close friends and family. Courtney was kind enough to pick up flowers from our vendor and drop it off with my maid of honor!Even though we didn't end up hosting our big wedding ceremony and reception in the end, I would recommend Courtney as a planner.

Courtney was recommended to us by a friend who had to reschedule their wedding a few times during the pandemic. While we didn't end up working with her (extenuating circumstances on our end), she was SUCH A DELIGHT to work with!! Some things we absolutely adored:1. Her responsiveness: wedding vendors that are fielding so many calls, emails, texts from clients and potential clients often let anywhere from days to weeks go by before answering. Courtney was the total opposite. It felt like we were the only people she was taking/working with! Total VIP status!! 2. Her flexibility: we weren't sure if we wanted/needed full service, partial, or just day-of and Courtney was so great and working with us and helping us find exactly the level of service we needed - no pushy sales, no trying to get us to level up our budget. Love. Love. Love. 3. Her personality: we honestly had no idea where we were starting or what we were doing. Courtney made us feel totally comfortable and at ease. So easy to talk with - like we were already long-time friends. Cannot recommend her enough if you're looking for a wedding planner in the Bay Area!

This review is LONG overdue. Courtney came recommended by the owner of the venue we chose for our wedding. Thanks to Courtney and her experience, incredible communication and organization skills, attention to detail and knowledge of the event planning industry and vendors, we were able to pull off a beautiful wedding in less than three months time. Courtney took away the stress and came through in every way. She listened to what we wanted and gently guided us when she thought something else would work better. When the caterer we selected backed out a month before the wedding, she was able to recommend another caterer who turned out to be fabulous. Hire her, trust her and listen to her. She knows what she is doing and you will have a perfect event because she thinks of everything. We cannot thank her enough and would recommend her to anyone planning a wedding or any event.

Our wedding was in March 2022, a covid wave was recently passing. I was freaking out about everything. But this wedding could not have been done without Courtney Ann. She was absolutely perfect. She always made sure our families glasses were never empty and definitely made sure us (bride and groom) ate! Haha I'm an organizational freak and so is Courtney Ann. We were a perfect match. All of her vendors are exceptional!

Courtney emailed us after reading our review and blamed it on us instead of apologizing. Moreover, we had already paid her in full, and she gladly accepted it without doing the work. Courtney had the vendors talk to me about what we wanted for our wedding the month before the actual wedding, because Courtney didn't even remember what we asked for in our wedding. We don't really understand what Courtney was doing for the whole year and a quarter of time that she was our wedding planner. That's so messed up and unprofessional of Courtney to do that to a paying client.

Hiring Courtney was BY FAR the best decision I made during the wedding planning process. She was incredibly organized, which as a type A person myself, allowed for me to fully trust Courtney and removed so much stress off my plate. She thinks of every little detail and even helps you think of ideas that you didn't even know you wanted. She listened to our crazy ideas and actually made them happen. All of this made the wedding planning experience not only stress-free but even enjoyable. I hired Courtney very last minute with 3 months left to go after letting go of our previous wedding planner and she quickly picked up all the missing pieces and was able to put together the most amazing backyard wedding, which is no small feat. She is also such a great communicator, always responding to texts/voice notes within a short amount of time, making you feel like you're her only client. When hiring Courtney, we knew that she wasn't able to be there the day of the wedding due to another event she was planning. The day of the wedding, her team was there to fill in for her and it felt like she was there herself running the show. EVERYTHING was taken care of and there were zero things missed from what we originally planned. Her associates were incredible, making sure everything was getting completed in the background. Couldn't recommend Courtney enough - if you want an stress-free, beautifully run and fun wedding, HIRE HER. Worth every penny and more!!

Courtney was amazing every step of the process. She truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for our big day. She was very communicative and organized, which led to us, as a couple, having the perfect wedding. I was a little skeptical at first of having a planner, but what Courtney does for the couples is truly worth every cent!

Courtney is hands down the best decision my husband and I made in our wedding planning process. We hired her with about six months out from our wedding and after we had hired all of our vendors. Up until that point I had been enjoying the wedding planning process (with a few stressful moments here and there), but could tell we were about to enter into a phase of planning that was out of my depth and I didn't have the bandwidth to pull off while working full time. While we were getting married in Sacramento, we lived across the country on the east coast, and I was growing nervous that so many details would be overlooked by us not being in town. Courtney was exactly what we needed to bring all the little pieces together and ensure that the week of the wedding we could be fully present and enjoy time with our guests. She is extremely organized, thinks of every little detail before it would have even crossed our minds, and is very responsive. Her professionalism and ability to navigate last minute changes with grace and thoughtfulness is something that my husband and I truly appreciated. There were many times in the weeks leading up to our wedding when one of us would say "I cannot imagine us trying to navigate all of this without Courtney." Friends noted to me more than once on the wedding day that I didn't appear stressed and I would just say "I'm honestly not worried because I know Courtney has it all covered." My husband and I knew we could trust her with all the inevitable questions on the wedding day from family and friends and we could simply enjoy the day after spending so long planning it. Despite being in a different time zone than California, Courtney was extremely adaptable to our early morning or late night texts and/or emails. She is also extremely kind and someone you want in your corner for the life milestone that is your wedding. We are so grateful she is part of our wedding story!
