First met Erika at an event for work. Her staff were very professional and pleasant. When planning my daughter's wedding I reached out to her and she became like family. Erika made sure I was aware of every detail even ones I had not yet thought of. At the wedding she and her staff helped to make my daughter's day perfect. From coordinating the procession, to serving the food, to the cutting of the cake...everything was on point leaving me the freedom to enjoy my daughter's day.

It was wonderful to work with Erika! I had not a clue how I was going to put together my wedding in Las Vegas but she really came through and found me a wonderful reception venue and dealt with all of my vendorMy guests really enjoyed themselves and I didn't lift a finger on such an important day. Jason and I will always think of her for our future events.

I can't believe the peace of mind, order, and professionalism Erika Nations Events providing me on my special wedding day. Not to mention it was barely a 2 month time-line to pull my wedding off. Yes, 2 months and Erika nailed it! In hiring Erika it was obviously more like an Angel then an event planner because she made it painless. Stress, none! She reminded me constantly throughout my wedding journey my stresses were now hers so RELAX, I got You! OMG, and she meant every word. Her business is now my go to for any events I have. She also provides assistance with intimate events i.e my husbands birthday. She created the ambiance in my house perfectly! I was nothing short of amazed! Yes I recommend her a thousand x's over to anyone looking for an event planner that really cares and is invested in the moment just as much as you are.

Where do I begin? I heard of Cast your Cares through word of mouth. At first I didn't feel I needed a Wedding Planner, till I started planning for my wedding and realized it was overwhelming. So I decided to give Cast your Cares a call. As soon as I met Erika I was sold. She was very polite, neat and passionate when she spoke. Once hired, Erika got to work. She literally took care of everything. She organized the wedding party. Emailed and kept each person updated. ( I had a big wedding party) Erika put me on strict schedules and deadlines. It was good Erika did those things because it kept me from having a lot of hiccups towards the time of the wedding. This company truly cares. I did not have to do anything but shell out the money. She made sure I knew exactly how much things would cost. I was given several prices to choice what fit my budget. It was like having a wedding planner/ accountant! Lol. Erika (Cast Your Cares Event Planning) is a true professional planner and an excellent event coordinator. Rosa and I chose Erika to coordinate our wedding and although it was the biggest wedding in town, it certainly had it's challenges and Ms. Erika handled everyone of them like a pro. We could not have been happier with Erika and her work with us and our vendors. Her greatest asset was no more evident and very much on display, the day of our wedding. Wow... Erika was spot on from start to finish, keeping all those involved with our special day, on time and together. From getting my bride's hair and makeup finished (with photos!) and into the limo to the church ON TIME, to making sure all of our guests were enjoying the reception (photos of us at each table), and then keeping us on time leaving the reception and off to our life as husband and wife. Just a well done job all around. I would like to complement Erika on her beautiful decorations for the reception (tables, cake tables, etc,) and her expert management the guest seating chart (which is not and easy chore) .... Rosa and I were so impressed with Erika's work coordinating our wedding, we do plan to chose Cast Your Cares again with upcoming professional and special events (milestone birthdays and charity functions). We met Erika at a bridal fair, and my mother decided to hire her as our day-of coordinator. Erika was available to help with some of the planning before the wedding, including setting up our hotel room blocks. She was very organized and on top of everything. She made sure the day went smoothly, and I also heard a lot of compliments from the wedding party about how great Erika was. Thank you, again, for making our wedding day wonderful.
