First time gun owner and Eric made the whole process really easy for me. Let me know everything required of me to purchase and he got me a really great deal. He also let me know he's available to answer any questions or concerns I might have in general. Will definitely be back to purchase anything else I need in the future.

Eric is a genuine guy and I have already done many deals with him and I only met him this year. I drive 45mins out my way to go to him. Do yourself a favor and stop by. You won't be disappointed. He is not a storefront so has a few options to show in hand. But he can get anything on and even off roster. His prices are really good and he tries to get the customer the best price possible. 100% you need to make him ur main FFL.

Eric came to the rescue when three other FFLs in the Bay Area were unhelpful facilitating a basic PPT on a Saturday morning. The others were either closed, only had a 1 hour window to conduct PPTs on Saturdays (and would not even answer their phones to confirm), or not do them at all, Eric happily accommodated us at his earliest convenience. He was very communicative, informative and punctual. When you have people willing to travel twice as far to get better service then you know something sets the establishment apart from the others. I'm hoping more FFLs change their tone and approach to be more like Eric because customer are going to remember their experience with great businesses over discounted prices in the long run.

Eric was great from the time I messaged him about different options to the signing. Communication was excellent and I wouldn't hesitate to do business with him again. I highly recommend him for all your firearm needs. He will be the person I go to from no on. Well worth the drive from the South Bay.

Came to Eric to trade in a shotgun I no longer wanted. He gave me store credit and I was able to apply that towards a new handgun. He was very accommodating with setting up an appointment and made the paperwork as smooth as possible. Excellent customer service, if you're looking for a FFL I definitely recommend Eric!

Eric is an amazing person and had a lot of knowledge of the guns he has and any guns you are curious about. He is great at putting in orders for you and communicating delivery and screening updates for when you can pick up your gun. The value of the guns along with the selection in my opinion are better then going to a regular shop, you don't feel rushed and its a one on one interaction so there is no pressure to know everything about a gun you are interested in prior to coming by. I will always suggest Eric and I definitely think you should make an appointment and check out his website!

I recently became a FIRST TIME GUN OWNER!.. And I can't say it enough how satisfying it was to do business with Eric. There was no pressure, he was patient and was more then happy to share all his knowledge with me. The atmosphere was comfortable and his prices were great.
